Just bought my 1st twinshock and I've been looking for on line manuals the only 1 I have found is in Spanish, does anyone know if there are any out there in English please. The lad I bought the bike off has the manual at home for me but I'm stuck out in the north sea and won't be home for 2 weeks and just want to read up on the bike whilst I'm out here.

Gutted for you Paul I'll keep a good look out for you on all my travels, plenty of people are sharing this on social media so hopefully you will get the same outcome as the fella who got his Scorpa nicked but got it back through a Facebook tip off. Just a word of caution to anyone who finds the bikes or passes on information, I seriously recommend you take the reward do not have a night out with this fella, been there done that and suffered badly

he's taking a young lads ride now, he needs to clear off now as he's starting to sound a right old whinging git.

Got my Sherco 250 in the October and had to put head bearings in the following May, also check your wheel bearings

To be honest most sections are accessible if you know the area, your best off asking in the start office or a local for directions to the sections. I have the same problem with the wife.

You can still ride to the start if you want I will be, the first 2 days are starting at the Woodyard which is just down the road less than a mile, the 3rd day is a good ride it where last years Sunday dinner/fuel stop was, I'll be giving someone a can to carry down in there car, but I'm sure the club are taking into account the people who ride there by giving an early fuel stop. Getting over excited about this now

I'm having the same problem with my 2013 250 so I'll give this mod a go, did you just drill and tap the tank to fit the extra nipple or did you get a pad welded on first for extra thickness ?

I fitted Raptors just had to open up 1 side to 12mm to suit the bolt/sleeve.

The last 2 "incidents" I have had could have been stopped dead if I had a lanyard type kill switch on, luckily myself and the bike got away with them just a broken front mudguard and skinned knuckles so I thought I would give one a try.

Your right Paul I have it on mapped 2 as I think it feels better ? the reason I ask is the switch is right next to the left hand grip where I want to fit one of those magnetic kill switches, so I thought I would remove it instead of re-siting it.

anyone know what map does what ? if you remove the switch do you have to join the 2 wires ? if you join the wires is that map 1 or 2

Had a 2012 great bike but had a gearbox made of choclate, 2 gear selector shafts in 6 mths Sold it and lost over 2.5k in my short ownership, now got a 2013 Sherco and very happy.

From new I only had clutch drag from cold, but I got rid of that by changing to GRO 75w oil its not the cheapest but in my opinion its the best.
