Hi,
If you want to use a computer monitor you will need to purchase a suitable cable. The cables supplied won't give you what you need i.e. XBOX360 to 15-pin VGA connector.
Do a search on Ebay for "XBOX 360 VGA cable".
Don't worry about VGA, SVGA, XGA.....you've already said your monitor is capable of 1280*1024.
About Xbox Live limitations.......I can't see that at all!

Hi all,
McAfee, Symantec, Norton.............all bloatware IMHO.
Better off, and cheaper loading up something like BitDefender, AVG etc..........and they are relatively free and Cpu friendly!
It sounds like your PC needs a good clean out......probably riddled with all sorts of spyware and other apps on startup....nothing serious mind you, just enough to slow things down a good bunch.
If it were me, i'd download Adaware, or MS Defender, download Bitdefender AV then, pull your internet connection, uninstall McAfee....install Adaware etc and give them a good run/scan.......re-boot a couple of times make sure you are protected once again then restore your internet connection.

Hi,
You can buy a fan module that fits to the back of the 360........however, what you gotta take care of is the power supply. Don't sit it on a carpet....sit it somewhere where it can breath.

Hi,
Streaming music is CD quality......and if you stream movies there's no jerkiness or pixelation. I've started ripping my entire DVD collection to my PC so that I can play movies on-demand.

Hi,
Got my 360 a few weeks ago......got about 10 games already.
Top of the list is Call Of Duty 3..............most of the others have been sat by the wayside for now.
PS. Network your 360 to your PC (XP) and enjoying streaming your whole MP3, Dvd & digital pictures collection to your 360. It's awesome and in HD!....and the main reason I bought mine.......gaming comes second.
We had an open day at our house last Sunday for all our relatives and it went down a treat viewing all my digital pics via a slideshow on the HD telly.

Hi all,
Anyone got their XBOX 360 and PC linked up together. I'm running Vista and the Windows Media Center works fine but I'm finding the XBOX entender functions are very intermittent. Am thinking of loading XP Media Centre Edition back onto my PC if it will help. Vista is a bit buggy anyway........
Bloomin awesome to be able to play pics/music/video on my XBOX on my HD tv though....:-)

Hi,
Dunno if it works, but I usually take a black marker and write "Return To Sender" across the envelope with an arrow pointing towards the senders address..........then posting back through the nearest post box. Must have done this hundreds of times.
If I'm in a bad mood, or drunk I usually add the words "take your junk mail and shove it"

Somebody told me about this thread......finally found it!
We got married in secret: ran away and did the deed at Gretna, then text'd moms & pops, then switched off phones, then went on holiday for a week! Pandemonium set in back home in the meantime........he he he......
Don't post as much noo but I still lurk........no worries.
PS. I did make sure she was fine with trials before tying the knot, took her to the SSDT year before last.

Hi all,
A pal's Sherco '03 (or was it '02 ?) went the same way. I meter'd the stator coils and it was dodgy. He got it re-wound.....no need for a new one.
Symptoms were it would run ok till it was warm then it would stop. I.e. as it heated up it went open circuit, and re-connected once it had cooled a bit.

Hi all,
Anyone in the UK doing a 300cc kit for the Sherco ?

Aye, some of the footage on the Duluth DVD is the best I've seen.......not like Eurosport's (or others) mega close shots to the point you don't even know it's a bike vid for a while!
Delivery to the UK from Mr.Smith is dead quick....no problems. Support him chaps, he's doing a great job.

I'm just back also......cream krackered!

Hi,
It's down to the English language, the home fans and the community of people that post here. Also, due to the USA's eagerness to always put on a cracking event rather than just the mechanics of just "hosting a trial"...........it all makes for a well talked about topic.
Look at the Duluth website, plenty of pics of the sections before the trial had started.....that's keeness to share and promote their event.
