too be honest,i have had shot blasting done many time's,and have got too know the fella quite well over the years.had a sherco frame done on an 07 cabestany 290,and when i got it back,it was minus a frame number,which i was quite worried about,because it would give future buyers a worrying factor,of izz this bike a dodgey one,anyway,i'm well known in the trials world by all the top riders.anyway jon lee motorcycle's where i purchased the bike from,sold it with in one week.BUT,just had another frame done,and this time i asked the fella how come he did'nt take off the frame number this time.He just said some times the old paint izz really hard too remove,and every frame izz diffrent.so azz you can imagine i was chuffed too have a frame number.azz baldilocks can speak for the fella selling the bike,then thats ok,BUT we cant speak for all bikes for sale without frame numbers and engine numbers,maybe we could of taken the frame too the local police station,and they can check the numbers and then see it afterwards,i dont know the real way round it too be fair.but seeing numbers punched in all over the place,will flag up,its dodgey and stolen.hope this can help you. still got too be on the look out for other fella's pride and joys.

what it is,is the rubber washer under the cap,its more like a hard plastic,and is'nt supple or soft.the washers are rubbish to be honest.there fore wont seal. what i did was buy an 05 insert that goes inside the filler cap.be very careful,cut the little top hat off.leaving a nice soft rubber washer.take your old washer off and put this one on.BINGO,no more leaks.try that ok buddy.BIG BEN.

yes i spoke to Terry last night,he said anyone wishing 2 ride the national,can fill out the regs at the ymsa trial on sunday, which is also at bracken rock,go and get ya self some practice before,the big day.BIG MUSH from down south.

I asked the ACU last year if i could use these sort of radio's,at the youth A and B's,they rang me up,and told me this was deemed as,outside asistance.And that was that.What can i say......................ah.

had no spark on my son's o7,it was the stator.put new one on.now its perfect.had spare o7 and swopped all bits.to pin the problem down though.hope this will help you 4 now.BIG BEN.

Why not try a cabestany front pipe on it.they are longer.i know it will sofen it up just nice.it'll be better in the mud aswell.dont give up just yet.happy trialing.

i have a 290 sherco,and i use ipone fully sinthetic oil,i put 80 ml to 5 lts of petrol,shell optimax.i used the same in my 04 also.NOT ONE PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER.hope this helps you on your way .BIG BEN.

how are you doing?if its a dellorto 26 mm carb that your after,then im ya man,i have three of them off 04,05 and one off an 06,you'll be very lucky to find spares,to be honest,but if its a 125 carb you want,jetted and ready to fit,you'll have to change the inlet rubber aswell.then give me an email,bigben@teamsherco.co.uk,okay.cheers 4 now.

well copemech mate, ive had grimbos 04 290,and now ive got his 05 full factory one,they both have the kehin carbs on,all the big factory shercos have them on.all the 125 machines have the dellorto flat slides on,with high compresion heads fitted,a little porting too,we've spent 3 days practising with the factory lads,the 125s were awesome.honest.......my 05 factory bike has a digital ignision fitted,mate its mental,i luv it too bits.BIG BEN DOWN SOUTH, SHERCO'S ARE KUSHTI

Freixa,i thought had the best stile on the 4rt,he is a brilliant young man with plenty of good results,still too come.all the best to him...He was far too good for a scorpa,good club bike,and thats, allllllllll.
