Ossa Tr 280I 2013 Seat Unit
Yes, direct fit, I tried one on my 2011 before finding out I could just fit the rear fender.

Non Running Raga?
Assume the plug is getting wet with gas? Are you getting good flow from the gas tap?

Pronounced Ohhhsa Or Ahhhsa?
Ahhhsa is the noise I make when I take a five...........or fart.....

2012/2013
2013 rear guard is a direct bolt on fit for a 2012 model. I had a 2011 before my factory r and put a flexy rear guard on it with no modification at all. Only difference is that with the 2012 seat pan the rear flexy guard elevates at a higher angle but does not look silly or out of place.

Sticking Throttle
Is the grip too far on the throttle tube?

280I Air Box Noise
They are noisy with the jitsie or the rubber cap. I prefer the jitsie as it acts as a pre filter and keeps the main filter really clean

Tr280I Output Shaft Seal
Orings fit inside the collar to seal the haft, the collar then sits inside the seal, between them they keep the oil in. It is a tight fit but I think it is only being held by the seal lip and the orings
-
Tr280I Output Shaft Seal
That is what I meant so looks Ike that is not the issue. Can you tell if the oil is coming from between the collar and shaft or between the collar and seal just in case one of the Orings had failed and not the seal?

Tr280I Output Shaft Seal
With the bush and o rings removed I would think you could get a hook in to pull it out. I am surprised it is leaking, are you sure it is not blow from the crankcase breather which is often routed near the front sprocket?

2012 Raga Engine Mounts Out Of Line
I would say the bash plate has straightened itself a little here, there is no way that it would have gone together in the first place like that, there is simply not enough give for it to be force fitted.

Thermostat
There you go! Thanks Gav72 for the clarification, good job I prefaced my original post with "Don't quote me on this, and if anyone knows better please chime in".... So by the sound of above I wonder if the fan will just come on immediately once the thermo is disconnected?
-
Thermostat
Thermo on the ossa is directly on the cylinder head, brass thing that screws in, leave it in and trace the wire back about 5 inches to where it plugs into the harness, this is where I would suggest jumping it to trigger the fan, however ad I said before I have no idea if this will work

Just Bought A 2013 Ossa Factory 300 Tri :)
I am no expert but I love the bike, looks great, sounds great, feels great, lightweight, mine starts easy with the 9 v starter. Carbon exhaust is nice but don't drop it hard....expensive to fix! Rear sprocket is the FIM covered type, dual mapping switch, I think you have covered everything else. Lewisportusa will be your best friend for parts in the US I believe, unless you know of a closer dealer. The only change I made from the start was to put a slow action throttle tube on it just to calm it down a tad for me, there is still plenty of fire in it, you just have to turn your wrist a little more to let it out, slow tube is just that bit more forgiving.

Thermostat
Don't quote me on this, and if anyone knows better please chime in, but the thermostat is just a switch that makes a connection when a certain temp is reached, so if you disconnect the thermostat and just use a piece of wire to make the connection at the plug the fan should come on, certainly long enough to test it I would gave thought
