i found the black ones fit better than the silver ones, just make sure you put a few strips of technosyl to stop the dirt getting behind and rubbing the frame, i would also protect the stickers as they sometimes turn a bit yellow when covered for a long time. my swinging arms where like new when i took the protectors off to sell it, and they are going straight on my 08 4rt jsp

i am after a set of 4rt frame guards, i know theres trick bits but he is in the middle of moving units and wont be up and running till towards the end of jan. i know there was someone on ebay selling them but i havnt seem them listed for ages, can anyone help, as my 08 is on order and i want to keep the black frame as unmarked as i can thanks jsp

just wondered if anyone had got there hands on one yet, or when they are due in ? i havnt seen any at any trials yet, and only the works bike seem to be the 08s, well black framed jsp

just wondering if anyone out there made it to sandifords 4rt test day last sunday ? if so what do you think ? better than the 07 bikes ? and are they a big improvement on the 05 bikes ? or are you all sworn to secrecy !!! jsp

the middle one is just inside the rear back box, remove the back box and open out the socket that has just come off the middle section ther you will find a carbon or graphite looking peice remove that and its there behind it. hope that makes sense jsp

what because your worth it. good quality grips, like domino, hair spary in the grip and on the bars slip them on then 3 lots of wire and they will where out before the slip. jsp

just pondering over the thought of a new 08 4rt has any heard any news of them yet, someone was telling me that he had heard there would be major changes made to the frame ie sizes and widths. cant make my mind up though 08 4rt or 08 rev 4 ? what do you think. jsp

the petition at home farm is because the bloke who owns tong hall is thinking of turning it from offices in to flats and is worried that trials, enduro, 4 x 4 and all the other things that happen at tong will put people off from buying them. i have also heard that some idiot was riding on the foot path pulling a wheelie at swaine woods a couple of weeks ago, and when a passer by asked him to stop cos he was walking his blind dog the rider gave him a foul mouthed reply, so its been reported to leeds council, barrie has said some of the committee want to close if for practice. people like this are going to shaft us all !!!!! jsp

i had a rev 4 for a full day last weekend and it was fantastic, i rode sections on my 4rt then jumped on the rev 4 it felt so much better, well balanced, lighter, found grip better, only one thing i noticed it was a bit fluffy off idle so i tweaked the idle up and it was alot better. after we stopped for lunch i locked my 4rt to the trailer and rode the rev 4 for the rest of the day, i think the rev 4 could improve my results. just waiting for my local dealer to start taking orders and i am gunna order one. even all my 2t mates couldnt belive how good it was straight out of the box. jsp

just had a go on a test 07 rev 4, what a peice of kit, well balanced, light and agile, gripped well, started with no problems................anyone wanna buy a 4rt !!!!!!! placed my order for an 08 cant wait i can see this bike improving my results jsp

just had a second chance offer from the guy on ebay for

the unmentionable one in barnsley they only got one rev 4 and its not for sale its demo only. spoke to them today and they think the water pump seal have gone in it, hope to get a second chance to ride it soon

thats funny i think the rev 4 i took for a demo today had blown its head gasket, it ran for about a minute stopped i restarted it and my mate had a little spin on it after 2 minutes it stopped again this time you couldnt kick it the kick start was solid, we then noticed a trickle of water fron under the water pump and a small oil stain next to the front pipe. the dealer came of straight away to collect it. jsp

jon if you look on bradfords web site there is a site called rough holden you can practise there and its only about 2 miles from silsden between there and bingley. or theres home farm at tong which is owned by parkwood 4 x 4 if you ring and speak to either david or becky you should get sometime there. jsp
