4RT Clutch Actuation?
Not unusual really, same as TLR's albeit they are cable operated......

Cylinder base nut question
If you want a good open end jaw spanner then a Stahlwille No 14 or No13 pattern combination will not spread and round the nut or you may be able to get a No21 pattern ring spanner in there. They are "simply the best" IMHO. And another thing you could do is to change the nuts from 13mm hex to the 12mm hex that are found on better quality bikes like Hondas! 😉

Year of Manufacture Nightmare - RS200T
Why can't Honda UK help? Normally for a fee (£30 last time I used them) they can supply relevant info from Japan although it can take a while. After all, where does the H.O.C.(GB) get it's info from?

Blind buy - Montesa content
Just get a 4-RIDE - job done!

2025 4Ride
I guess Honda/Montesa follow the the mantra "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" Unlike some of us that seem to adhere to "If it ain't broke, fix it until it is!" 🙂

TLR Reflex wiring question
That does sound like what we would call a bad earth (grounding problem).

TLR Reflex wiring question
I would have thought a switch in series with the main fuse would suffice as they don't need battery to run ignition I believe. But I stand to be corrected! 🙂

I suspect that as usual, they will go to the great trouble of completely changing a few stickers........

Brakes too grippy
Could try a larger bore master cylinder - maybe off a road/trail bike model. That will make you squeeze the lever a bit harder to lock the brake...........

4rt shock linkage bearings
That's as maybe, but I wouldn't think Honda/Montesa would spec full compliment if they didn't think it was necessary. Full compliment have a greater load rating I believe............
-
4rt shock linkage bearings
It is VERY important to also check/replace the two more bearings that are in the swinging arm, these,if neglected can result in a very expensive repair....... Whilst agreeing with the above statement I would be wary of May be cheapest but they aren't the correct needle rollers in their kit - should be full compliment type..............

Repsol 301RR hot start issues + Avgas discussion
It is indeed a temperature related problem and I am glad you've now read the article properly. Whilst you may well get away with using AVGAS on a high revving hard working engine just be warned that you may well have the problems mentioned if used in a trials engine that is just pottering about at low revs - I know I did. As you say, safety reasons due the problem of using Ethanol as a substitute to prevent pre-ignition etc. But one of the problems IMHO is that it is a misnomer to call it LL when in fact it has a lot more TEL than the leaded fuel we used to be able to buy at the pumps. I believe the LL is just to try and appease the green lobby.....

Gas tank petcock RL250
Usually 1.5mm pitch for both. Check yours with pitch gauge to be sure. (or use a standard M10 bolt to check against as they are 1.5mm pitch)
-
Gas tank petcock RL250
I suggest you check thread dia to see if it is 14 or 16mm then just do a search on evilbay for Honda petrol tap (loads on there) find the one that is right size etc see what model(s) it fits and buy a genuine Honda one rather than the chinese **** that proliferates on there! 🙂
