If only you'd seen Jake and I on the scooter at the TdN. Makes them look like a couple of pussies - seriously. I was scared s***less, but at full pelt up a hill with the smell of burning clutch in your nostrils and a guy who forgets he's Dougie's manager, not Dougie himself at the wheel, what can you do? Great fun
  2. Not if you lock the topic he won't Unlocked and seperate topic merged with this one - I think!

I hope it was nothing like the Stuart McLuckie conversion Kinell & I had the pleasure of getting a lift in at Duluth 2 years ago. Huggy Bear would have been at home in that beast! The phrase "passion wagon" would be a gross understatement!

I use it, but stuck with version 7 as it does everything I want/need. I found later versions very resource hungry. Version 7 doesn't, but given that CDR files are Corel Draw and Corel now owns Paintshop Pro, I'd be very surprised if it didn't.

Need to get in touch with him. Anybody got an email address, PM me please (don't post it on here!)
  14. I agree with g4321 - always shoot at the maximum possible resolution. You'll want to keep these photos, look back at them and possibly print them and in years to come they're going to look awful on your 60" widescreen monitor that cost you
  15. Not for TV, no. You can however get hold of a shedload of video from Sheffield, plus from the majority of last year's world rounds and everything we publish for the next year for a mere tenner though

A previously banned user re-registered under another name? Big Brother is watching and knows lots more than you do...
  17. I did that last year and we ended up on a mission to sticker Fort William. I wonder if the Lochaber Mountain Rescue minibus still has one on the back of it (It was all Bigfoot's fault - nothing to do with me) As for meeting up - that seems to happen frequently during SSDT week with different groups of people. I'll certainly have stickers with me that week - and I'm hoping to get smaller helmet sized ones done too by then, but I need to get the outstanding lot sorted.
  18. The upside is I've found the perfect envelopes. The downside is they're Will envelopes and have "Last Will and Testament" printed on them
  19. Anyway - earn your keep - what are the chances of us Scottish Scoobies seeing snow in Glasgow later this week so we can have some car park fun?
  20. I read this as "Well i'd like to say it was brilliant but it wasn't!" and thought WTF? Nobody has ever said anything except glowing reports about Steve's training - then I read the rest My bad.
