  1. I know but it doesn't hurt to have another rant at them. and I'm sure I will before the season's over
  2. I think I've made my feelings on Octagon more than apparent
  3. I would say come on the road with us and you'll find out, but given you can only handle a half pint of shandy before you put a pair of underpants on your head, a pencil up each nostril and start singing the song about the goblins, I don't think you're really up for it

Yeah, but remember how EA screwed up on Pacific Assault. Us PC users have been let down by that being crap and COD3 being console only (sorry, but I tried COD2 on an XBox and just can't get to grips with the controller). Airborne is our only hope right now.
  5. I remember when the Ban button was all trees
  6. Done. Takes little effort on my part and if it helps recover just one then it's worth it. I did develop a stolen bike register that was on the site some time ago, but removed it as it wasn't being used.
  7. See front page

Afraid not. For security reasons you cannot post any HTML code on the forums. If it were allowed then the potential is there for someone to post malicious code.

I used to love playing Escape From Colditz. Can't quite see a game with a bleedin' great swastika on it making it onto the shelves these days

Company of Heroes is my latest purchase, but you definitely need a good graphics card. Other than that: Soldiers - Heroes of World War II and World War II - Frontier Command all these have multiplayer options. These are strategy games. Not first-person-shooters.

Actually, I think you were right in your initial response. The event does have a good reputation thus far, after all

Schreiber at Achlain, 1982. Can't credit the photographer as no idea who it was, but it would be pretty fair to assume it was Enrico.
  15. Not that I can input much on the topic, but this is a good debate and exactly what these forums were designed for

1982 on 105 marks lost, beating Toni Gorgot on a Mont by 18 marks. Knew I had that book somewhere

  21. I didn't mean the glory days were over, just trying to prompt a few more to get their entires in.
  22. "Jared" my ass. That's Bikespace!
  23. My understanding is that entries are down compared to this stage in previous years.
  24. Believe it or not, I only have one vote on Polls myself and cannot manipulate them (well I probably could by hacking about with the database, but that's way more effort than it's worth) You can Poll all you want - what happens on the road stays on the road. TC rule
  25. Topic moved from "Introduce Yourself" Forum I swear you lot do it just to annoy me...
