  1. Dan, he is very protective over the 4rt but I am sure he will let you have a go, but not up that step where have you been, about time you paid us a visit be up there tomoz afternoon and Sunday
  2. Is the arm healed up yet Dan?
  3. I heard today a Mr G. Jarvis has booked in, maybe a tough day for some
  4. Doogle, regs here for the Kings Norton Trial Mid Centre
  5. Pete, what about the Trial end of last year that was near Alcester? maybe on the A44?
  6. Not satisfied with showing me and Dad up on the push bikes, young Joe got the rev 3 out later and did the same on the Trials bike the step hes going up is not a nice one, there is no room for a run up at all so you have to go from pretty much the bottom of it. Joe did it about 5 times no problem Me, Ralph and Dad havent tackled it yet, but may have a go this weekend camera will be at the ready for the chucking bike over head shots
  7. I did the first round of the Midland Centre Group Trials Championship in January, started at a pub and just north of the M42, junction 2 I think? lots of slippy climbs and wet boggy streams. Big old lap, about 20 odd miles, think the Trial always starts from there every year. I should have stayed in the pub for the day though after the way I rode, probably would have even fell off the bloody bar stool the way things went
  8. Nice one Stump they are a work of art, spark on the rocks and almost indestructable As PHB said you can either keep them for your next bike or sell them seperately on Ebay or here and get at least half your money back not too expensive when you look at it like that.
  9. Stump, buy the pegs and give them to the missus, tell her they are earings or broaches, they look that good, Raptors even come in a presentation box so you wont even have to wrap them She will be really pleased you have gone to all the trouble and expense in getting her some bling and you will get a nice little hug and kiss and possibly a rub out as well. She wont like them of course but wont say anything and just stick them in the bed side drawer, get them out next day and stick them on the bike, job sorted
  10. Andy, I used to have one of those not all they are cracked up to be though, had to get rid of it in the end, kept pushing the p**s pot out into the middle of the room
  11. Barry, the lad with the same figure as Ralph christ is young Joe, you met him at the BVM test day, one of dads many offsprings Sam is Joes mate, not met him before but a great rider, dont think he does moto trials
  12. You come when ever you like Barry, me and dad very nearly live there anyway hell even ralph might come if you do
  13. As long as you enjoyed it cg, thats the main thing its a very addictive sport, you may soon be like and me an dad, out at least twice a week in the winter, 5 days in the summer, totally skint from lack of income from doing no work and telling all sorts of lies to the wives and bosses.
  14. Save up and get the Raptors, they are the dogs danglies, cant imagine riding another bike with out some, they are that good. As said above they dont clog up as much, you feel really planted on the bike all the time and balance is easier.
  15. Few pics of Dad junior and Sam today at the dishes took a few of Jo on his Rev 3 as well so hope he will post them up tonight as they were on his camera. How the hell they do what they do is a mystery to me and Dad? hard enough with an engine let alone pedals I had a little go on Jo's bike but decided breaking the seal on a new pack of Old Holborn seemed much more appealing and less strenuous both lads really enjoyed themselves, first time to the dishes for Sam, think he will be a regualar now.
  16. Ralph got me 50 litres of the Blue stuff today think he has about another 100 litres himself at that rate i will run out sometime next week and his 100 litres should last him untill 2018
  17. Have a look at the Dellorto VHst post in the Beta forum, the carb has everything the correct side and runs like a dream. Cost about
  18. Out for 6 hours today with dad hes getting too good on the bloody thing for my liking I will have to pump his tyre up abit Sunday when hes not looking 8lbs should do the trick. Desperate to have a go on it but abit worried I will like it and want one, bank account wont have it just yet, have to give it a few months

Mikee, long term i would get the fan working propally as running the bike with it on all the time will eventually wear it out. The other problem is over cooling the bike which might make it run bad quite frequently.
  20. Avgas is good if you can get it easily, blag the guys at the airport you have a microlight and you should get away with it just hope they have nt got one and start asking awkward questions Use it 50/50 with superunleaded though, found it abit strong at 100%
  21. Pretty sure most riders drop the needle one notch only to make the mix leaner, that does nt mean you have to if your bike is running ok though. If its bogging low down and needs throttle clearing it may be worth a go, not sure what my air screw is set at as it gets moved quite alot from day to day. Most Betas are too rich from new and need leaning but some are'nt?
  22. Heres a link to your centre from the ACU site, shows all the clubs in the centre and some web sites ACU
