Tip some oil and wd-40 down into the bottom end and leave it soak for a couple of days, then knock it into top gear and rock the bike back and forward in gear and it should free the bottom end!! then you'll be able to turn the crank and listen for strange noises or tight spots in the rotation!?!? If it sounds dry or tight strip it and change the bearings.

All the 315r's were good bikes, what colour are the plastics/tank?? has it got paioli forks or showa forks with the coloured stantions??

Let the wd-40 and oil soak for a couple of days, and then the block of wood and hammer, when you get it moving you can pull the barrel up and chock it with a bit of wood each side and then hit it down again. It might take a few goes to get the barrel right off the piston. I'd check the crank mains when its apart incase the rust got to them, i hate a dry sounding motor!!

I know look at all the bikes that were available in the 70's - 80's that are now gone - aprilia, jcm, alfer, mecatecno, garelli, merlin, ossa, suzuki, kawasaki, yamaha??, fantic, swm, derbi, ccm, armstrong, etc. Now wouldn't it be nice to have a choice of that many manufacturers to buy a trials bike from these days?? Come on xispa get some bikes out there!! in fact if you send me one i'll ride it all day for you!
