  1. Anyone know of a way to get the rear fenders back up higher like they were new? Mine has bent down a little like they always do. Is the only solution to buy a new one? Anyone know about how much a new one is? (USD)
  2. If this Beta has been taken care of and in good shape, it may be a good buy. We still have an 01' Beta that's still going strong, had a few things over time done to it, but overall been a good bike. Not sure what the differences would have been on the 02' but I would have thought it would be a little more reliable.
  3. Huh, thats interesting, I'm guessing the 290 Sherco is the same motor as the trials bike, but what engines will be in the T-Ride that are 280 and 125?
  4. Yeah, it's a shame really. I doubt the t-ride will be back, they rebranded it as a Sherco X-Ride this year.
  5. No news seems to be out yet, but I thought I'd make the thread. What changes would you all like to see this year? All the other brands have announced their new bikes so I figure Scorpa won't be far behind.
  6. This is going to have to be a grower. I'll have to see one in person to fully judge it, but I'm not really liking the yellow frame. Are their any spec changes this year? It looks essentially the same, except paint and graphics.
  7. I quite like the Dunlops, they are a good tire and aren't as expensive as the Michelins.
  8. About how much are these Fantasmic shocks? lol
  9. You know for sure it is launched on Fri.?
  10. My few rides were about the same as hams. Although, the ones I rode were just standard setup. I've heard that with a few tweaks that something can be done with them, but I'm not sure what those tweaks would be, I've also heard the 08' is the best of the lot, but I never got the chance to ride one of those.
  11. Yeah, I think you should be able to get a good sorted 07-08 Sy250 for around a ballpark of 3000 or so.
  12. Yeah, that's a bit much for both bikes. That is way to much for the 02', I got an 07' cheaper than that last year, although I know I stole mine. I'd definitely say keep looking, you'll find a good one eventually.
  13. Yeah, a Keihin that's right. hehe And yes, depreciation is pretty high over here and the people that did switch back do have quite a bit of money I believe. As far as all of us, no we are not all loaded haha. I have never owned a new bike at all. haha
  14. Sorry, I figured that's what they had this year. I'm not sure what the deal is with whatever carb they have this year, but a lot of people here have gone back to the 2011 because they don't like the carb for whatever reason. Seems a little silly to me, they could have just changed out the carb if they didn't like it. But I haven't asked any of them yet on their reasoning.
  15. I gotta feeling they will drop the Mikuni carb and bring back the dellorto, but that's just a hunch, no facts
  16. Yikes! It might be a while before that gets replaced then!
  17. Clutch side. The other side is very scratched up but I think it will still polish out when I get around to it
  18. I hope they will work out fine and do come on sale, and hopefully for other makes as well, not just for the GG
  19. This apparently happened to my SY250 as well, but it has been jb welded so it just looks bad. Are they relatively easy to find for them as well? And where abouts on the price range?
  20. I'm not too keen on their seat/tank unit, but does anyone know of someone else who does a seat/tank unit for a standard framed TL?
  21. I notice your in TN as well, where did you get your 125?
  22. You can't go by what I did, I got my newer style muffler used. I'd definitely say go for a new one from RYP. I'd say you'd definitely be happier with it if you just went ahead and got a new one. The packing should last several years for sure.
  23. Anyone know of an excellent quality replacement for the Rev 3?
  24. Yeah, didn't make it down there. Dad completely forgot about it. haha I told him we should have just gone down there to hang out for a bit
