Second lap think Dougie had heard the forecast and was a bit in front of Raga.he got to section 4 I think before the rain started and transformed the sections. Something went wrong with the clutch and it needed the hose swapping but the mechanic split the brake or vice versa. Anyway 20 minutes later raga had passed him and dougie had most of the remaining sections slippery and dropped too many to podium.Something like that anyway.

well done to Jonathan Richardson winning the Junior WTC final round, think its his first podium too.

I was too and it is a good natural venue with a great variety of hazards.(the air strip landings were something else!!!) What I think is surprising considering the experience of that 2009 event why the mont HRC guys didn't get Bou to shadow Raga and get a move on before the rain. That could have been Dougies 100th win had it not been mechanical/mechanic failure.

yamaha havn't made a bike designed for trials since the tyz,afaik? this kenichi bike is a breathed on scorpa with a wr engine, which badged as a scorpa just didn't sell, why would you wish a failure on any manufacturer?

No one knows but as any buisness has to make money they wont be producing a competitive bike any time soon.

I have no idea but logic says that yamaha will never produce a trials bike ever again. I did have a conversation albeit secondhand that half the reason Scorpa was in difficulty in the first place was the very high unit cost of the old TYZ unit. Again logic dictates and you surely dont have to be an insider at yamaha that even with the tooling the cost to set up a production run of say 1000 units (very optomistic anyway)would make it inhibitive, and thats for a big out of date lump. This is why I think that the honda and yamaha engines are based on current production motors?

cos he is a sponsored yamaha japan rider rides in the jap champs on this so why wouldnt he ride?

So freixa is like kenichi except on a 2t and as he beat fajardo on the ossa the scorpa is good? I'm confused? BTW have you ever been to cahors?

I don't think thats a fair comparison, kenichi is a top rider and was riding in his home gp with nationalistic support. The ossa has not been 100% reliable this year and fajardo has been beaten down the order at many other rounds. If the bike had been any good scorpa would still be in buisness.

As above they usually stick to the gasket so a very gentle tap with a soft mallet is all that is required!!!!!!!!!
