  1. sooner we get id cards the better.
  2. The top photo is actually of the Euro route which isn't what browny had to do on the Sunday that really was vertical and browny got up it once for a dab which was special. Only fuji and Fajardo double cleaned. As a euro section (saturday) it was much less daunting (more tricky to get through a gap) but only had one clean all day. Wonder how the top lads would have done that way.

  4. Spoke to a minder of another french rider in bangor and he said Scorpa have no money for Bruand so he will concentrate on the French Championship in 2008. Whether that means they have sold the truck and are heading for difficulties or the money is in the development budget for a new motor is very unclear.

  6. At the very top level for 4 years Alexz Wigg had no dnf's so reliability of gassers is now an urban myth. Last year in the junior wtc it survived intact every event so that is proof enough?

  11. I know it may not really apply to you as much, but sat nav without "live" traffic reports seems a bit pointless to me.
  12. The rules were tightened when Steve Monk turned up at one round on a monoshock with twin shocks on the back, which I am pretty sure caused a re-write of the rules. I think that it should say originally manufactured before (say?) 85 as well. This bike as stated above is not in the spirit of the championship.
  13. Set float height at 18.5 from float bowl gasket surface all upside down. My guess is crud in somewhere.
  14. I feel a little for the dealer, but expect he didn't think the price rise would be a factor as the pound has been strong against the euro for a couple of years now. If it is a 4rt then that may have something to do with it? You are not being "had over" I bet the price to the dealer has gone up by said amount to him and he would supply at a loss maybe if he stuck to the original price

Well, great effort to put on a trial which had one route for all, if I think it a bit on the easy side so be it thats how it should be for this series on a modern bike though, but as a one size fits all it was a great attempt and compared to the crap served up at a previous sidecar round (so I was told) was a breath of fresh air. Easy to loose marks which is what its all about, I guess. As for the twenty two (err hum) a five as stated above section 3 and another one on section 4 second lap (4rt itus) i would have been much happier with the 12. Great piece of land and I bet you could have twenty different sections there next week.
  16. Thought the Lancs was a bit on the easy side except two sections.
  17. Iris has half links so does the Sherco OE apart from that I dunno.
  18. Just discovered my 4rt starts first kick from cold. Second kick if in gear.
