Anyone reading this going at the weekend and if so have you been notified start times etc? I sent entry off weeks ago and herd nothing, have phoned Vic Ashford and left messages on a/mc but no reply. Am travelling down in the morning staying in Devon for a couple of days ptrior to trial so would like to know.

Can you get progresive springs to fit older Falcon shocks? I have tried ringing Falcon but never any answer? will Betors new progresive spring fit ok?

On checking the timing i noticed that the pick up from the flywheel which is held onto the stator plate was loose. After tightening the 2 screws the bike runs fine! anyone else had this problem.

On the verge of getting some BPS shocks for my TLR anyone got their own veiws on them, who uses them?

Now there's a question - a bit like why was there so much 'mystique' surrounding where to get a one piece TLR tank seat unit and how much are they. All that cloak and dagger PM me for details stuff. Why not just come out with the source and price which is what interested parties want to know.

28-30N.m (2.8-3.0kg-m,20-22ft-lb) taken from TLR 200 Work shop manual. Hope that helps.

Will check the o ring, i have a new ht coil and rewound Lt coil so i think it must be carb problem, going up the road its as though its going to cut out all the time. Thanks for your help.

I think i must have put somthing wrong together when assembaling the carb . after stripping it down again it seems better. Is it easy to replace the crank seals, and how do i know if they need replaceing. The bike still wont run clean though. Still missing. Any ideas?

have a 44 pilot in my 200, book says 45, but have been told it should be a 48! anyone know the correct size?

I had a problem with my 200 Fantic running 'rough' missing or 4 stroking is the only way to describe it. I found a partialy blocked pilot jet, could this cause the problem described?

Ok just been in the garage,checked carb cleaned it out all fine new plug in. On starting at cold running badly when you try to open the throttle its missing but i noticed that after a second the blue exhaust smoke changed to black, as the revs went lower it would return to normal colour.checked the plug and it is now black and oily. It is missing, 4 stroking, running rough cold or hot.

Had a problem with my 200 a while back it seemed like it had killed a plug,then it got worse would run ok 2/3rd's of the trial then start to feel as though its 4 stroking?, i replaced the main coil, ok again for a couple of trials, then it started again, plug colour is fine, had the small coil behind the flywheel rewound, and its still 4 stroking, could the timeing be out? when i replaced the coil the lines were 'in line' on the flywheel. Any help appreciated!

Good trial,sensible but challangeing sections. rode it twice had to miss it 2 years ago due to birth of our dauhter, and getting an earfull since its on her birthday this year!
