  1. I run a 16 engine.sprocket 13 gearbox and 52 rear wheel on 420 chain you need a chain tensioner on front chain

  5. Hi isn't there slots in the fly wheel to adjust the points very fiddly but possible sorry about before thought it was electronic

It's a long time ago so I might be wrong.but I put a bultaco pursang motorplat ignion on my bultaco trials bike in place of points and there was a hole though flywheel and back plate that you could put a rod through to line the up in the right place then take the flywheel off tighten back plate then put flywheel back and tighten sorry if I'm wrong as I said it was a long time ago good luck

    Hi I use 600 cc of semi synthetic in my frame any more when it gets hot and exspands. It comes out breather . 200cc of tqf in chain case and 200cc ep 90 in gearbox hope this helps stan

  15. I agree mines lasted well nearly three years now just a tear at the top of the boot
  16. I used a blowlamp warmed up just enough to melt the stain then wipe it off quick with clean rag

  23. hi drake its a fairly easy to shorten them but do it from the bottom so you dont have to rethread the tops cut the 2inches off with disk cutter because chrome is very hard then counter bore for the alloy tube then circlip groove follow what was in the the bit u cut off i never shortened the dampers just the springs worked ok for me best of luck stan
  24. hi try undoing wheel spindle nut then see if its any better your spacers might be not quite right or mudguard stays best of luck stan
  25. got my insoles from tescos and there washable and u cut them to size to the printed lines on them stan
