I have a TLR Reflex that I ride as a little street bike and I'm looking to get a few more ponies. Will a XR200 engine fit into the Reflex frame? Thanks for looking.

I bought a good condition magneto cover a while ago & decided to replace the damaged 1 yesterday, when i looked @ the back of the new cover it has 3 screw holes where the original only has 2 fixing holes It looks like i've bought a TLR 200 magneto cover, i can buy a TLR 200 @ a decent price, so my question is, does anyone know if the 200 stator will fit inside the 250 flywheel ? My searching tells me the 200 & 250 flywheels have different part numbers, i'm hoping the inside measurement is the same & the outside measurement is different, because i presume, the 250 would be slightly heavier ?

The Wiseco page shows pistons for the XR 200 in 65.5mm with over bores at 66, 66.5, and 67mm. What's the standard bore of the TLR 200? I've located a local who can resleeve my TLR to standard, but am curious about the Wiseco.

I'm planning to fit a Honda xl185 into my tl125 frame. Can the xl185 cdi ignition be wired without a battery? Which wires go where. The 185 engine came with a very tattly frame & running gear so I do have the old wiring loom to cannibalise. Thanks Mike Hammond

Just got me a new project to build. Its a xl185 motor ,bore & stroke are 70x56.4.It has an extrenal oil feed to the cam.Barrel is large finned and shortend slightly to match the stroke. The crank has the same steel bands around the crank as per seeley rs200 ,as does the alternater flywheel.Six speed box.I think the piston is tlr rtl as its kr9 hf1.Will it be any good or will it spin up too quick with the shorter stroke.Frame is Seeley with some sort of alloy seat tank unit. Also disc brake front wheel.Does any one know of any history on the engine or bike.

Any help, greatly appreciated... I'm struggling! I recently purchased a Honda RS200T twin shock. Unfortunately, a PO registered the bike with DVLA as manufactured 1985, when Honda only produced these from 1979-1981! Trying to correct this error, I've obtained proof (Dating Certificate), from Honda Owners Club (GB), confirming 1979 as YOM - Honda GB and Japan, weren't able to assist... but DVLA won't accept and are asking for more info! They've suggested an excerpt of the production record from Honda's worldwide database, amongst other things! Where could I locate that?!? I'm running out of ideas, clearly the bike has been incorrectly registered, but wh…
