There is an Evesham MCC, Centre B club trial this Sunday at Saintbury Quarry. Does anyone know if this is the same venue as used by the Stratford Upon Avon Club? Thanks Tone

The Fifth round of the Peak Classic Trials Club Championship was held at Wayne

With what was probably the hardest trial that the club has ever held Round 2 of the Peak Classic Trials Club Club Championship proved a real test of stamina and determination. The event held at Dudwood Farm near Elton Derbyshire on Sunday 15th March was also a round of the East Midlands Centre Classic Championship with points scored counting for both Championships which might explain the severity of the sections ? Section 9 took the most marks and on the Clubman route quite a few riders went over the handlebars at the steep run down to a very very tight turn back up and over the slippery boulders and tree roots than comprised the sections in the wooded half of the course…

The next YG club trial will be at 1.30pm at Addingham Moorside on Saturday the 10th October. This replaces the advertised trial at Keighley Gate on the 11th. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

DALES CLASSICS TRIALS CLUB Sacheveril Farm, near Elton, Derbyshire 13th March 2011 Club Championship Round 1 The improving weather drew 58 riders to this increasingly popular Derbyshire Dales venue. A course of ten tricky but cleanable sections incorporated a 50/50 option for the first time and the observers were also rewarded with Sainsbury and Boots vouchers for enduring the chill wind. Trophies for the 2010 Championship were awarded at the nearby Miners Standard following the trial where an excellent buffet encouraged a healthy compliment of riders and observers to congratulate the presentation of trophies sponsored by local and associated business. Spen Valley 5th Club Championship TRIAL CANCELLED to be run in November

Unexpected overnight rain made the course at Bracken rocks a bit more slippery than intended but the 47 riders who contested Round 10 of the Peak Classic Trials Club Club Championship rose to the occasion and everybody had a great time at this very popular venue in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. 47 entrants was a fabulous turn out that made all the effort put in by Paul Beswick setting 11 sections with the help of Tony Sprinks and input from legendary Mick Andrews that tested the riders abilities without being dangerous worthwhile. Dont forget this Sunday 20th May we will be holding Round 5 of the 2018 Club Championship at Cookes wood, Youlgrave, Nr Matlock. DE45 1UW which is the Farmyard Inn in Youlgrave is the nearest post code i have as the wood itself doesnt have one. Just to clarify. This coming weekend is the third round of the Eastern Centre Expert, Inter, Youth A Championships, not Round 2 as advertised on the calender. 12th April, Trials Park, Corton, Lowestoft, NR32 5HX. Entries close on the 10th April so you've still just about got time to enter if you'd like to. Observers and helpers always very welcome.
