I shot this video of the NATC Cotopaxi trial section 8 with my cell phone while checking. The video doesn't do this section justice. Keep in mind these riders are the best we have here in the U.S. It was a very difficult section and some of the riders made it look easy while others struggled. if you recognize the riders post there names. I was wondering, are the Jr world championship riders restricted to 250cc machines?

3 D trials club in upstate NY holds its first ride of the season sunday april 22 at Munnsville,ny.start time 11 am.Talked to the sheriff(clerk) Bob and he says the snow should be gone and sections are mostly in the rocks and not down in the ravine.Looks to be a suuny warm day for a change so lets see a good turn out. We have been doing an end of the year Vintage gate trial for about 5 seasons now in Watkins Glenn NY and the people that come just love it. We have been concidering trying to make a 3 part series out of it. There would be a Spring, Summer, and Fall event, with awards and ranking for season end. Classes will be only by bikes year. The top 3 overall finishers this season were 3rd Chris Arnold 86 ty 350 2nd Bill Caron Rigid frame Grapevine 1st Aaron Miller 74 ty 175 Any bikes with drum brakes and air cooled are welcomed. A couple of guys were thinking of going up north to the event at Phoenicia, what kind of terrain is there? What time does the event start. The AMA mag says 10 AM.

Just to let everyone know 3D trials Club have our last event of the season tomurrow 10/21/07 at New Woodstock,N.Y.It is the British format 20 sections two loops no splits.Looks to be a nice day so come out and have some fun.Located off rt 13 look for orange arrows.Nice spot it is a old ski hill .Event starts at 11 am.Hope to see you their.JR

Riders were given one point each for their finishing order in Saturday's "Prologue". Cody was first on Saturday and therefore started Sunday with one point. Here it is again. Every year I do the 4th of July Parade in my town. It is really a big hit. This year everyone asked were you on Americas Got Talent? HMMMMM Im to old and fat to be on that show. But goes to show how many people watched the Smage Brothers and how they made an impact on trials. Cody came out and did an afternoon parade with me and put me to shame, even I was speechless. I will try to put some video up of that. The crowd was going nuts with his riding.
