I will probably do this in a couple of installments as things come to me. Yes, I should really sit down and write a nice neat article, but that is not how my life is working at the moment so I will just try and get the scattered bits and pieces down on electrons so that hopefully some will pass on too the correct folks. The first thing I must say is a huge thanks to Team Sherco USA and RYP, and especially Ryan and Brad. Right there with those guys of course is the entire TTC crew, especially Catherine, Charlie and Dan. There are tons more folks to mention both on the teams and especially from the STRA membership that spent their holiday weekend standing in the woods s…

We're pleased to announce the first American Trials Training Camp for our teenage up and coming American Trials stars, sponsored by TTC and RYP. During the week starting July 5 immediately after the Youth Nationals, the Trials Training Center will host a training camp for our top young riders age 15-19, to spend a week riding, practicing, pushing each other and generally hammering the rocks & hills at TTC. Cody Webb, Bruce LeRiche, Stevie Darrow, Louise Forseley and possible some additional Pro riders will be there (stay tuned for further announcements) to train with lots of the top young invited riders from the High School and Expert classes. We won't be pushing them…

I have been working a bit on some new stuff and thought some might like to try! These are Carbon Fiber swingarm protectors to fit Sherco! (and possibly Gas Gas, although I do not have one to try, they may require trimming) and fit flat sided swingarms. I hate it when after the first few rides the anodized finish wears off from your boots and all of a sudden the bike looks well worn! They are 1.5 mm thick and finished on both sides(so they are interchangeable)and about 2"x9in long so they provide full coverage for the normal contact area of your boots(may be trimmed for less if you like), and made with high quality epoxy resins to provide maximum wear resistance and goo…

Would an NATC member forward information on what the duties and responsibilities of the NATC are? A website maybe? Also, how are the funds that are derived from the National entries used and is any of that money available for future promotion of a national? Thanks in advance for the information.

It's come around very quickly, but myself and the Brit contingent are flying out tomorrow and hope to meet some of you next weekend in Duluth. We'll be based in Ishy's RV on the Spirit Mountain Campsite from next Wednesday onwards. Don't be shy in saying hello if you're there. This is a first for Trials Central and I'm really looking forward to meeting some of the names I've come to know through these forums and my previous "jobs" in the world of Trials

A fellow rider called me today and told me a Long Story about a fellow that had e-mail'ed him wanting to buy his bike. Seems as though they had everything worked out when this guy started pulling the check scam! Being a pretty savvy fellow, he had the cashiers check(with no return address) from Boston examined and found it to be a fony! All the while he said he was recieving phone messages and e-mails with instructions amd shipping orders and currier pick up orders for the cash difference! Thankfully, he did not fall for it, but asked me to remind everyone! They may not all be from Nigeria! Cheers,

For all of you who are anxiously awaiting, here are the unofficial results in the Pro class. Geoff and Chris tied in points (30 each) but Geoff took the win because he had 2 more cleans than Chris, and Keith completed the podium with 70 points. Conratulations guys!! I believe Bruce was 4th with 80+ points but I don't know the rest of the results. GasGas sweeps the podium!
