Got my number and starting time today, looking forward to the trail on Sunday. Passport fully stamped up, might even try a toll road to get there, sods law said the brake wear indicator would come on in the Vito, but hey ho should be OK to get me there and back. I'm #24 if anyone wants to say hello :-)

Having trouble deciding which class to ride for 2010 do i ride the bog standard HT5 in the the pre unit springer class on the easy route or the slightly more modified HT5 in the British replicas on the hard route. Is there any point riding the bigger bikes at all? or maybe they should have another Unit and Pre unit british replica class on the hard route?

Hi, I have just fitted a Mikuni 26mm carb to my Cota 349. I was originally jetted for a TY200. It will start, eventually, and tick over, initial revs are not good then clears in the mid range to full throttle. Does anyone know the jets and needles etc that should fitted? I did find an old thread but was settings for a 348. Would the same be ok for 349? Many thanks

Hello all, I have a swinging arm 7 inches wide at the wheel spindle plates. I’m wondering what you Pre65 guys use for a rear wheel hub? Something other than a cub and preferably aluminium. Cheers

My vintage project needs front axle seals. The ones found in it are 24x35x4 mm. Are these the right size for OEM ? Its hard finding anything narrower than 5.

I have acquired a 74 TL125 with a Chinese carb, and the OEM junk carb. Some research I did a long time ago said that a mid 70's XR 75 Carb was the same just jetted differently, anyone know of a better option or have one to sell?

all, haven't posted in ages, but something that maybe of interest to those of you that may be considering road registering your classic bike. Now is the time to do it, prior to the DVLA regional offices shutting and whilst it seems the need for inspections isn't so great. hi all, I have a set of gears for a f/b amc , my dad had many years ago a f/b scrambler which he converted to trials spec , he sold the bike but cant remember if he changed the gears back, as all this happened before I was born I am completely in the dark, he thinks he kept the trials gears so can anyone tell me which is which. the cogs have 14 . 18 . 24 . 24 32 . 27 . 22 . 18 teeth I don't know if this is the correct order as they have been loose in a tin full of oil for over 50 years , I would like to sell them but cant advertise them till I know if they are scrambles or trials , thankyou in advance
