hi everyone, could anyone tell me were i can get frame numbers for a beta techno 1999 as im on the verge of buying one and want to see if its a genuine 1999 bike, all help would be great chris

Hi Guys, I'm just about to change the fork seals on my 1998 Beta techno lampkin rep, I was wondering if anybody knows how much oil each fork holds??? Cheers Flossie

OK, so i fitted new woodruff key and guess what? it broke again,lucky enough i ordered 2 so i tried again making sure everything was tite but it went again,a little frustrated now...Should i have fitted a new washer aswell,cause on inspection the washer has groves on both sides,i gather this is stop nut coming loss,any idea's or tips are more than welcomes... Thanks...

has anyone got any ideas on how to straighten the bracket on a beta exhaust I dont want to heat it up in case i do it too much and it caves on me any ideas as im just about to do a bit of tinkering now

I have a Beta rev 3 (2002) can someone tell me the timing settings in Degrees from TDC. Just rebuilt bike - bike is four stroking at 1/2 revs, eliminated carburettor, as tried another, need to eliminate timing/ignition possibilities prior to jumping in and buying a new stator!!!!!!! Cheers Paul

Can anyone give an guideance on resealing front forks on a beta rev 3 250cc 2003. I have a bit of hyraulic experience from working with forklifts, are they as simple as they look or is there anything i need to know.

I have an 02 Beta Rev 3 - Feels choked up when opening throttle, have cleaned air filter chamber and replaced filter, checked reed valve. Recent bottom end re-build + new piston and rings. Have also tried adjusting air screw in/out. Has anyone got any ideas and if poss a carb diagram. Cheers Regards Paul. N

On my rev 3 my front mud guard sits to close to the tyre,i've herd that you can get a kit that raises the the mudguard,has anyone any idea where i can get one from or has a blue print on how to make them,thanks...

Hi has anyone with a bete had any problems with bleeding their back brake?? We got annoyed with it and took it to a local dealer Is there a nack to it or is it just plain difficult

Help please...I rode a trial last weekend and on the second lap at section 4 small up hill section,no problem,got half way up and the bike started to back fire,then rev ,them backfire again before stopping and not starting since.The bike had been running like a dream prior to this happening. I've cleaned plug,air filter and had the carb off and cleaned jets and cheched the reed valve,they all seen ok. Has any body had the same problem or know what this problem could be. Thanks.

At the trial on sunday i noticed my fan was on as soon as i started it from cold. Would this be the thermostat? Any help much appreciated CHRIS
