What spark plug should be in a 2004 Rev3 200 ?

Anyone know if beta has a proper mechanical site or something? eg where i could dl a service manual

When i was out on my bike yesterday the fan didnt come on for quite a long time and the bike was sounding very odd when the throttle was shut off quickly Does anyone know why this may have been, oh yeah the bike wasnt very hot either. And today i joined the wires together so it was on constantly and it sounded fine

Any one know the dimensions of the techno rear suspension linkage needle roller bearings?

Does anybody Know where to get the pre-formed packing for my 05 rev3 rear silencer? Its been mentioned in a few previous topics. Could re-pack with the normal loose stuff, but, its always been abit of a ball ache.

how long should it be before the fan starts to run? ive had the bike ticking over for 10 minutes and no fan yet i rode it for 2 hours at the weekend and although i never heard the fan run surely it must have been as the bike ran non stop for the whole time and did not suffer. i'm using it at a trial for the first time this weekend as a precaution can i bypass the thermostat and if so how?

when my mate came to start his beta rev 80, The kick start whould not go down, it was locked soild has any one came across this problem before, or know what this problem might be. Cheers Ryan

The other day while out riding, I noticed that my 2003 Rev 3 250 was loosing a tiny amount of coolant from the joint between the pump and the inner clutch housing. When I stripped the pump casting off, I found that the inner surface of the clutch housing was pitted and corroding away in areas. In one area towards the front of the bike, the housing had corroded so much that the inner lip of the undercut for the O-ring was gone and hence the leak. I made and fitted a rubber gasket to replace the O-ring and re-fitted the pump housing, thinking this would cure the leak. When I removed the cap from the radiator, I noticed that the inner clutch housing itself had sprung a leak …

i know ive just got a new set of pegs but saw these. They look prettey good and sharp* Does anyone know if the fitting is the same as on trials machines???

does anyone know what the torque setting is for the flywheel nut on a 2000 rev 3. I,ve read some of the posts about shearing the woodruf key, now i'm worried.up till now i've just done it up very tight.

Hi i curently ride a 2003 Gas Gas TXT 250 Edition and am considering upgrading to either a Pro or a Beta, i used to have a Techno 250 but had a lot of problems with the electrics and had to purchase a new ignition unit. could you please tell me if the problem has been resolved on the current Beta's

Hi all, Could anyone advise me on what weight fork oil to use on a 2004 Beta 200 Rev3? I weigh 11st and am a novice rider, so I don't need th hop (not that I can) Also any advice on suspension set up both front and rear would be appreciated.

how much should i ask for my 92 zero. it is in very good condition, runs well, and hjas had little use. it still has its original plastics on it. so how much do you think??

OK guys...here's one for ya My kick start ('02 Beta Rev3) is broken... NOT..the bit you put yer foot on, but the lowest part..the bit that the kick start pivots on...its the bit that connects to the starter shaft, and has a ten mill bolt in it. Well, where the 10 mill bolt goes in,...that weld there, has broken.. getting there now... so... the question is. Do I need to replace the whole kick start??...I know I could probably have the weld repaired, but I'll probably do that AND buy a new one, so I've got a spare for next time. Does that bottom bit come apart from the rest of the kick start??.. I cant see how if it does Any help gratefully received...cheers
