Stolen Bikes

Hi i had 3 bikes stolen on June 14/15 Beta Rev 3,and 2 Gas Gas TXT 200's,The Beta Rev 3 has been spotted,at 3 different times for sale on Facebook,since Septemeber,October,and lastly last week also on Gumtree,Police was informed every time,and everytime,it's took them over 3 days to get back in touch,by the time the police got in touch,with the last seller,it had been sold on again.It was being sold from Rotherham,not 3 miles away.Chassis no for the Beta Rev 3 ZD389000020005751 Picture as was being sold on Facebook and Gumtree.

Just had a phone call yesterday from my mate to let me know he has had his 2008 Sherco stolen from his garage in Hull. Pretty much standard bike with usual colour scheme. Forced the door and took the broken parts of the chains with them. He bought the bike new so chassis and engine number to follow when i get them. B******s

My 2008 sherco 125 was stolen from my house in crawley, west sussex on monday 7 april , It is pretty much standard apart from it has barbon for leg protectors and gold hope REP brake cylinder caps. Motorbike is a Sherco 2009 290cc and it was stolen from a van parked outside the gates of charltons (GUISBROUGH CLUB PRACTICE GROUND) on Wednesday 22nd of July late afternoon. The Sherco 'S' logo on the left hand side is half missing on the frame. The motorbike also has colinappleyard stickers on the frame and on the front headlight. A NAU silver/blue helmet was also stolen, the helmet has several RAW stickers including a pair of eyes just under the peak, the helmet also has a lot of scratches, the pin holding the peak in place on the left hand side is missing. Once again MRS have been targeted by thieves Last Friday, 27th October, MRS had seven of their new ISDE model bikes stolen from a truck at Stanstead Airport. There were 5 x 1.25, 1 x 2.5 2T and 1 x 3.0 4T. If you have any information regarding the new model bikes please can you contact MRS on 01423 772885. Llangollen and District Motorcycle Club, of which I'am a member, had their trailer and quad stolen last Monday (26/4/10). Both were stolen from a farm near Llangollen. The trailer, Ivor Williams twin axle, contained all our gear for setting out our trials, red/blue/yellow/white section markers, fluorescent paper round type bags for the markers, observers boards, club signs and the quad - green Kawasaki 350cc 4x4. Guys just to let you know there are bike thieves in the Watford & Hemel area. They are apparently targeting small bikes, including trials bikes. I was lucky the missus thought a door was flapping in the wind & went out to investigate to be confronted by two scroates, one with an iron bar in the garage. She asked what they were doing???!!! & after she tried to lock them in they pushed her out of the way they ran off closely followed by a silly bugger in his pyjamas welding a three foot extension bar. Just lucky the police found me before I found the scroates!!!!

Just seen this while browsing, I'm thinking a quick cut with a hacksaw or twisting it with a bar will have it off in no time. Hampshire police have found two trials bikes in West Wood, Netley Abbey, Southampton. Presumed stolen as well hidden. Could people share or post to other groups to find owners please.

I've had my garage ram raided last sunday afternoon, 2pm! in broad daylight! cheeky *******s. Basically they reversed a small van into the garage doors several times until it came off. They nicked my 2005 Montesa 4rt and 1992 Aprilia Climber, neither are insured, so Im well p****d off. Please look out for idiots trying to sell these bikes, let me know if you hear of anything.
