When I got my new TXT280, is wasn't a sweet experience. Here are my problems - Exhaust pipe was both dented and bended so the rear-wheel hit the exhaust. I got a new pipe, and had to change the mountings so it didn't hit the rear-wheel. - The water-cooler broke the first time I wanted to check the water level. A new one solved the problem. - Electrical wire joint were destroyed, because it was put so the rear-suspension hit it. It is now repaired and the joint is situated a more safe place. - I just discovered that the brake-pipe it also hitting the rear suspension! I is very hard, I don

Thinking of upgrading to a newer machine and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the 200Pro? I had the 99 TXT 200 a while ago and that was pretty good but I just wondered how the Pro's compare? I am also considering the 250 but is the price difference worth it? Cheers for any advice!

The kick start is slipping on my sons tx125. the problem is internal and when it slips you can hear what sounds like gears not engaging. Is this a common problem and is there a likely cause? Ideally what i'd like to be able to do is order any replacemement parts before stripping the engine to sort it out. But which parts to order? I've looked at the parts list on the gasgas uk website but I cant see how it all works. If someone could give me a quick run down of how the parts engage it would be much appreciated. Easy enough to work out once its in bits but i'd like to get the repair over and done with asap. Thanks

Buy as an assembly only??? $150? (U.S.) Wassup with this? You cannot buy the part that breaks.... Jeesus, I guess Im lucky I can buy the aircleaner, or the rear fender, without buying the seat for these SOBs? We got to get GasGas to pull thier head out... Wall of shame maybe? In case they (gasgas) are watching... I dont think even my 10 year old :madsanta:, and a sledge can mess up the part, the metal piviot/shaft mounting blocks, that comes with the part that I 'need' right now. Thank you for letting me rant.

Last weekend i put in some new friction plates. The plates that came out had some lose friction material, so i decided to put in three new ones. Before reassemmbling i measured the old stack wich came to 9,75mm what is within specs. The new stack came at 9,65mm so i decided that was within specification too. I just test rode the bike and noticed clutch slipping when twisting the throttle in 5 and 6 gear. Clutch itself is a little notchy but i adress that to the new plates that need some aging. 2 things i am not sure off though. 1/what are the limits with the clutch measurements. Is 0,1mm making the clutch slip as there is not enough spring tention? 2/can the notch…
