i usually run about 6 psi front 4 psi in the back about 80ml to 5 litres so id add some more petrol to that mix i change mine about every 4 rides as for the clutch drag see if a couple of oil changes helps

yes pretty normal if it takes 3 weeks to go down i wouldnt worry about it

a slow throttle on a 315 would be ideal i would have thought you could put an extra base gasket on it to tame it a bit more
