hi,you need a big rubber elastic band to seal the tyre,you can buy them from gas gas about 20 pound

hi no did not measure clutch pack because when you buy a dp clutch its measured to go stright in from the packet,fitted loads of these clutch packs stright from the box not had any probs ???

hi all,having trouble with 2010 gas gas 250cc clutch,put new dp clutch in it everything working spot on rode it for half hour all ok then the clutch leaver has got very stiff any ideas

hi all needing help i have put new clutch o rings the ones that go on the inside of clutch cover pulled top hat off and spring and plastic guide shot off,what i need to know is the plastic spring guide goes in side the spring then does the plastic bit go into the top hat or the inside of the clutch post gas gas 250cc 2010

putoline light gear oil i think will be in your bike,but atf dextron 3 is better oil for gas gas gear box 400ml only,you can buy this from millers oils brighouse in bulk 5lts

very very good hard to put on take your time,dont over lap 10mm like it says if you do last one will be short,over lap 4mm only very hard wearing and look trick

i run it on ipon semi/sin,dont use fully sin unless you rev it hard you wont burn the rich oil off witch will lead to poor starting 70ml to 5L is spot on runs very clean

hi its john,no flyweel weight on the bike as it was mine,420ml putoline dextron 3(red) gear oil changed every ride bike has been looked after by me,i have over 20 years experience on gas gas

dont look any thing other than raptors,cost moor but worth it
