Rear Brake ! Plz Help, (Thumb Brake)
Keep practicing is the only thing you can do imo. I've been riding bicycles/mountainbikes and motorcycles all my life, no problem switching at all. I also doubt that your thumb would be strong enough to get some decent deceleration. You would need at least a 200 to 250 mm disc or some kind of serious booster, which is impractical.

Besides the fact that it looks too damn good to make it dirty? The seat maybe?(Doesn't seem to fit the tank properly) Or is the tank from a previous type? Or the black forks?- Make My Own Brake/clutch Lines?
If you don't mind "dropping" the cash, why not keep an original or aftermarket (about £60 http://www.jbanyeres.com/en/chasis/97-a.html ) brake line in your tool box in case you need it? A BMW motorcycle dealer in the Netherlands used to have (about 15 years ago) Goodrich or Goodyear (don't know anymore) brake lines and connectors that could be assembled without special tools, but I doubt that a private person would be able to get a hold of them.- Gear Oil Coming Out Of Breather Pipe

Most of the times you can see how much points they got in a particular section and I hope you can count until three to check how long the rider hesitated. I can't prove that they were instructed to count until three, but I also have no reason to doubt my source. And most of the time I count on people to make up their mind for themselves. I've got nothing to gain either way. What I am sure of, is that if they had to be strict in the no stop rule, the scores would have been at least three times higher. As said before, the 3 second rule was implemented because of the extraordinary hard conditions they had to ride in. And this was after the sections were even adapted for the conditions. Given the circumstances, I think they did the right thing. But who am I... - Shaun Morris
