Hi RS 200 legs are 33mm, you could use reflex legs,but no real advantage in performance, only the shorter length, To use TLR 35mm ,you will need the yokes as well,which is an advantage,as it pulls the forks in, if you have a standard frame,you will need to change the steering pin in the yokes, some of the aftermarket frames had a larger headstock for TLR yokes. Note The above only applies to the Honda made RS200/250, NOT the Seeley 200

Try Paul Nixon, goes on ebay as paulccm he has repro head gaskets,maybe base,not sure, but you can trim a TLR 200 base

Jim The spoke rim can be a nice slide fit,on a machined shoulder, remember the hole locations in relation to the other side are important, if you use the freeezer oven method ,you MUST get it in the correct position, so a slide fit will allow the wheel builder to get it right, once the wheel spokes are laced in ,it cant move, look at many older speedway hubs,especialy the nylon ones, they had both sides a loose fit. the main advantage is the brake plate fits the fork leg,and the width is right. If you have a big lathe,it is not such a big job. It is a long time since I did this job, but I think you will have three holes to either weld up or put rubber grommets in, if you look inside your standard hub you will see.in the centre wall. Mike

Jim If you have a big lathe , you can make the 6in full width a single side,just turn off the blank hollow side, you will need the spoke ring from your model g hub on the small side. makes a alloy hub that works quite well,

The Delkevic system is possibly the best of the three off the shelf options available, fits to front pipe,you may need to shorten pipe very slightly,if replacing the steel Honda item

Hi Basicaly the same frame,200 has a few extra brackets etc, the 250 has a bracket for an in line fuel tap , motor mounts are the same position on both

Two questions you need to ask, Can you get full lock without hitting the outer cover ? and will the throttle cable pass by the inner alloy tank ,without fouling the frame under the seat part ? seem like normal requirements for a tank unit I know, but I can tell you people who have had just these problems with the unit you are considering.

Greg Not to bad to do at all, consider moving the s/arm pivot point rearwards,gives you a bit more length to get the motor in, and there are two small holes already there to use as centres, s/arm is possibly the weak link,I used a standard one for many years, but it does look a bit lightweight for the job,and I have seen Ariel one used

Andrew Original was stick on white vynil, yours had come off,or was taken off,just cut some new to shape.

The Seeley tank cover will not fit a standard TL frame, The Jim Susans frame is narrower under the seat,I recently aquired a Susans frame+tank so was able to compare

I think the point the knockers are making is they paid to go in ! they did not have guest passes. if you paid for something and thought you had been seen off ,would you not complain ? I for one hope the Prescotts do NOT ignore the complaints, but agree learn from the experience

Great idea Charlie I think short notice may be your problem, otherwise I am sure you would fill the places easily, next year ,it might be worth considering fourstroke twinshock,it would be nice to see some CCM`s
