  1. I have heard a whisper from a friend in America, that a dealer here in the UK has bought a large quantity of Bultaco`s and is shipping them in to England, 50 plus I have been told, anyone know anything ?
  2. Hi I take it you are talking the blue bike, if so geometry is the same as a TLR 200,and basicaly the same, it seems to be a little lighter so may be thinner tube ( but not sure) and you may find the rear exaust mount on the left hand side is missing. Hope this helps.
  3. Malcolm Rathmell certainly did ride the 325 Beamish model, some of the works riders had a Suzuki Japan made exhaust system,as seen on the bike at Telford, Malcolms bike included, I got to ride his bike at the time, and that exhaust made a big difference, over the UK made one. I had the use of a bike with the ex Geoff Chandler works 325 motor for a while ,and that had magnesium crankcases.
  4. Woody Dont forget as well as fuel cost there will be tolls on the motorways,it sure adds up, I think the difference in ferry times is because it travels slower at night, than in daylight, ferry goes out at night,so two nights outward , but only one night back
  5. Paul A small production run,I have seen the front with marazochi (if thats how you spell it ) and bultaco legs, with a honda hub, with the ribs skimmed off, Bo has a good point, about putting a smaller motor back in it, I would think the handling would improve, looks forward heavy with the 250 lump. and with enough pics you could make a copy of the original tank,it was a pretty slab sided thing, Has the down tube beeen shortened to take the 250 ?
  6. There is an ebay listing for Honda Rothmans stickers on at the moment, makes interesting reading if you scroll down to the questions part, Read it quick, looks like it may get removed
  7. Paul That makes a change for you to agree with me ! remember the original RS frame ? As for the bike ,I am told it will get ridden quite often in twinshock events
  8. There is a whisper that it sold privately, and yes for more !
  9. I have just noticed you have a picture of a Jerred bike on your own webb site, in the works bike gallery????????????????????????? Looks like the frame to me.
  10. Did Steve Wilson ever make a Montesa frame ? Bultaco yes for sure, but Montesa ?????????????? Has anyone got a pic of the Don Smith Stag to compare it to ? And the footrest mounts , sure look similar to Cheney, but not the footrests.
  11. Jim Looks very much like a Pete Jerred frame, that was made for the 150cc to 220cc bored out TL125 motors, about 1978/9, that has had the front down tube shortened to allow the bigger motor to be fitted ????
  12. Johnyboy Hewson , has posted some nice pics in the Classic trials section on this forum
  13. Andy The part no I gave you has been changed, but the bearing is listed at just under
  14. Hi B40RT Its the pot calling the kettle black
  15. One thing I have noticed about this site and you comments, whenever anyone asks for help or info, you are pretty quiet, But if it comes to insults you are always there .
  16. H P / slippo911 tell us about Liverpool sculdugery ? and about how you got your real nickname `Slippery`?.
  17. Honda Pants / Slippo911 You seem to have double standards, you complain about listings being canceled, but YOU yourself have condoned it by asking for it . but that was when it suited YOU wasnt it ? Perhaps it is you that is (how do you put it ) a Shyster ?
  18. You did not take this view, when YOU asked for two listings to be ended early ,so that YOU could purchase .
  19. Jim I would think there is a good chance you will see both at Telford.
  20. Honda pants, Can you tell us you have never contacted this seller, and asked for items to be removed so you could buy them ???????? I know for a fact that you have . Or perhaps you have a hidden agenda, could it be to do with RSC stickers, and your own ebay listing? and the fact that your so called authentic ones, may actualy not be correct , Slippo911 ?
  21. Whats with the new user name then Jim ?
  22. Andy 91074-GC-831 Try phone no 023 80630326 If no luck there PM me , I might have one, but not sure.
  23. I would expect most of the traders that where at Malvern last year, will attend Telford this year, but I dont think Alan realised the sunday clashes with a major pre 65 trial,so if you are going, saturday may be the best day. Sat 24th and Sun 25 January
  24. Biff I have sent you a P M about this.
