Yes it was, new water pump impellor,shaft and seal was good and new Radiator fan as well ,didn't help when fan packed up,kept coming out of the breather pipe nice pink colour.

Yep look like water pump,not quite as bad as this.

I know i did the same.but the bearing size or numbers should be on the bearings if you got them out.

Yes i know the 02 has a 6 coil pack used to have 1 as to 4 coil on the 04 on.but if you have your wires correct going to your coil 1 will be earth other is the feed,just fix your kill wire to the feed wire going to your coil,and earth the remaining wire on the kill switch to earth.

Yes it's nice to see at least you got 1 back.my local police were not interested when 1 of 3 of my stolen bikes.was advertised locally on Facebook 3 times from different people.It took the Police at least 3 days to respond each time.each time it had been sold on.

Try Splatshop for your rear shock bearing do both upper and lower.Have you tried removing your front wheel and trying each leg in turn,to make sure there not bent.or maybe last owner put too much oil the the fork legs.should be 370cc right leg 350 in left from empty.Top Bearing dimensions: Outer Diameter 26mm Inner Diameter 14mm Inner width 15mm Outer width 12.75mm Lower Bearing Outer diameter 22mm Inner diameter 12mm Width 10mm Outer width 7mm so going on these sizes the one you quoted is far too big.

,I ride for fun not cups or medals. If i came last it wouldn't bother me,Which is often, as long as i enjoy myself.Just depends what u want to do with it.I'm building Honda 125 at moment.with a cg 125 engine,ct125 frame.and i will be riding that against modern bikes.if and when it gets finished,when funds allow,not everyone can just go out and buy a bike when they want,Anyway cpl pics if any good to you.

Hi hope some one can help.I have 2 cg125 E- engines.1984's 1 CG125E with points ignition but the crankshaft is worn where the woodfuff key fits. and no ign coil. 2 CG125 E which has a CDI ign fitted to replace the points. but no CDI or coil, Which is the better option, points or CDI,would prefer the CDI route, but can't find which coil to use,as the show 2 types single wire, or 2 for the CDI ign Coil Thanks

It's a common problem with Rev '3 so you would have thought he would have checked it out before sale.I know he buys a lot of his bikes of Facebook,nothing wrong with that,i have.

Look at the Exhaust as in this picture note the exhaust front pipe its not continous as in the 250/270 theres 2 joints level with the barrel.on a125 plus u could try this.http://www.whomademybike.com/
