They should be 4 small allan headed bolts.which screw into brass captive inserts in the filter box Shocker bolt is 8 mm N/s with nut.O/s is a 6 mm allan bolt that also screws into a captive insert in the filter box.To remove the smaller ones if rounded or not unscrewing try drilling the heads of them,The 6 MM bolt,if not unscrewing you could try to drill and use stud extractor. The first model used parts from the Edition model .Tank Seat/filter Airbox, Rear mudguard.I used to have 1, but none of the later pros ie seat/filter box rear guard will fit. the fixing lugs are in a different pos. Need to buy or make or adapt a 3 bolt flywheel puller.for the flywheel and it's not the same as a TYZ which just screws into the flywheel. Which i was told when i had to replace my flywheel.

Iv'e a 2007 red 1 on my 2005 just had to trim the front bit.as 2007 on the frame is slimmer.

Well the 2012 model runs 10/40 stock gives a final ratio of 4.0 so yours at 11/42 gives 3.8 so raising it.maybe that's why you feel 4 gear is not enough.

They have a thermo switch but if your fans kicking in and out it's working,you say your water pumps working,have you removed the case to check it operating properly.

Normally specific.some fit in the rad, some inline with the water hoses,but as you know yours is in top of the rad.
