    I think he charged £75 for the 03 and £85 for the 04 plus he replaced 1 of the bearing in the 04 and the adjusting screw had sheared,included also postage back.would highly recommend.

  7. Hi if he has the right puller it should screw into the flywheel,then tighten up the center bolt on the puller to push against the end of the crankshaft.as per pics bearing in mind these are of a beta evo engine but basically the same.

  9. Hi i replaced my sons last yr Mains should be 6206 C3 can't remember crank seal but according to Haventrialsport they should be 25x35x7 though have seen 25x40x7 posted elsewhere on here. I got mine from Simply Bearing,but any bearing company should do them. Fag £5.21+vat SKF £5.31+ vat for the Main Bearings.

  15. Hi i ride a Gas Gas Pro 125,and i'm 15 1/2 stone,and i have found no problems as yet,nice and light.i had a 250 Beta Revs 3 before this.but the Gas Gas is a lot better for me.except i preffered riding position of the Beta.

    Have you tried adjusting the idle screw when warm.Not every 1 has a tacho,but you should be able to adjust the idle screw.to get a decent tickover , and also check your plug to check mixture strength.also if float level on the low side can give same results.

    Should by pass the thermoswitch with the ingoing yellow to the yellow that connects to the blue from the thermo switch,as in diagram.

  22. If it's the Burgandy colours one with the airbox directly under the rear mudguard ,plastics,you could fit up to at least 2006 but u need also seat filter cover.I fitted 2005 rear guard to mine,just before it got stolen.

    TSR 22 The rider dismounts from the machine. Dismount will be deemed to have occurred when both of the rider’s feet are on the ground at the same side of, or behind the machine.
