    Bearing In Mind !

Well actually i prefer my Gas Gas 200 to my Rev 3 250 it just feels better to ride, but i am getting on a bit now 64,lol but the 200 will do anything my beta will do,i have also tried a rev 3 125 that was very very nice.Wish there was 1 for sale before i bought the 250. Only thing i can say, only just returned to trials after 18 yr lay off,and bought several bikes,Gas Gas 250,Montesa315r,Old Yamaha 250 Pinky, then the 200 which i still prefer, because my reactions not as good as they were, just that the Rev 3 has better suspention and i have fitted extra base gasket gone down on the gearbox sprocket and slow action throttle, just to slow it down to suit me,but the 200 still feels better riding position.By the way i'm 15 1/2 stone so i'm no lightweight

  3. Why not go along to either and join,Go about 1 hour earlier than then start time,at least you can have a walk around to see how hard or easy the sections are,You will learn more riding than watching,Plus if you find some sections too hard, you can always miss them out.Or even offer to observe, Most clubs would welcome any extra help.
  4. The power wire is white/black,other wire is black which is earthed, well that's what's on my 2002 and my sons 2004,and what it shows in the 2006 handbook.

    Ty175 Gearing

Standard gearing is 13/51 but elsewhere on here, looks like most go 11/51 but anywhere around there would be better than present setup, looks like it would have been used more on road than of road, with the present gearing.

    Hi

If you stick to the main 1's GAS GAS,BETA,SHERCO AND MONTESA you wont go far wrong, but it would be best to try each individual make out if possible, they all feel and ride different.

  25. Very sorry to hear this,if you have the frame and engine numbers, why not put them on here and other sites,ie facebook, gumtree.and yout local trials clubs, trouble is it worth just as much in spares as complete,I know the feeling i had 2 taken, they removed the roof sheets on my garage, lifted them out and over a 6ft wall and fence.Notified local plod, who came out had a look and commented ,its looks like oppurtunity thiefs, yea ok,dont think so,but never got mine back, hope you have more luck.
