Tyre Sealant
Hi,same old story - new tyre - air leaking through spokes I do,nt want to take tyre off again so was considering trying some liquid tyre sealant, what are the pros + cons?Does it mess up the rim when you come to turn the tyre? Thanks

Ty Fork Seals
Hi,about to change the fork seals on my TY175,what weight oil is best - manual says 126cc 10 - 20 - 30w?I am 13st ,also any tips on stopping the damper rod turning while dismantling.Thanks

Spokes
On going over the bike today,i noticed a couple of loose spokes -tried tightening them up but the whole spoke was turning,not just the nipple,any tips on holding the spoke without chewing up the crome?Cheers

Hi,i did read somewhere on here that Garas had a magnesium casing that eventually was eaten through and almost impossible to repair,hope that is not the case with you.

Hi, been using belray gearsaver in my 05 290 from new,and everybody who has had a go on it says what a lovely smooth clutch it has.I am sure Bel-ray oil was designed for motorcycles in mind.

Wye Valley Trial
Just a quick thanks for a great trial today,although i ride a modern mono,i find the sections perfect for my level [average]. I know some do,nt like moderns riding a classic trial,but hey would it be viable without them?Cheers

Brake Pads
Just done what was suggested,plus heated up the pads with blowlamp and they caught light so must of been contaminated with something flammable .Anyway it worked a treat -Now how do you do a stoppie?

Brake Pads
Hi,during the trial today,i noticed my brakes did,nt have the same bite as usual.I dont think i got any grease/WD40 on rotors or pads,so was wondering if the pads/rotors have glazed up?Iwas going to sand the pads and put a bit of heat [blow lamp] on the rotors.Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks

Sherco Oil
Just browsing the gasgas website[as you do] and read that they recomend you DO NOT use synthetic oil in engine.What in your opinion is the best engine/transmission oil to use in 05 2.9.Heard some people use ATF III with good results.Any thougths most welcome

Just a query,a mate of mine was told you could fit the electronic ignition off a DT straight on to a TY with no mods. If this is the case,why is,nt everyone fitting them?Must be more to it?
