Ive ridden my 11 beta evo three times, twice ive bent the rear brake lever. Never had a problem on any of my beta rev 3's I owned before. Are they crap quality or am I just unlucky? If they are crap can someone recomend a decent after market one? Cheers.

I have no set dates so when there is a good trial on that does not clash with local dates I will visit. 1st of april is the first date that does not clash so I will probably enter that event. I would like to do some trials near the new forrest when visiting family, I will be based just down the road from the sammy miller museum, can anyone recomend some good trials / clubs in this area? I am from the south midland centre (hertfordshire) and normally ride expert so am looking for similar level trials. Cheers, Lennie.

It was hard compared to an average trial in the centre.

This is probably the first and the last time I will ever agree with you but I thought it was a good trial even though i rode badly and got a crap score. The centre needs harder trials like this one. All the moaners should learn to read, it clearly says "expert champoinship round" on the entry form so should expect it to be hard. Experts avoid youth / inter / 50-50 etc championship rounds becuase we know they will be easier so its not unfair to expect riders of the other routes to miss or get a high socre at an expert round.

I hope the new rules dont end up making sections tighter (like the trial i rode yesterday) where the hopping is the hardest part of some sections rather than riding big logs, rocks, hills etc. I think the new rules are a load of crap.

Trials bikes will be much better on this track !!!!!! I rode the tough one jnr on a sherco 2.5i enduro last year and no doubt about it I would of been faster on my beta rev 3 and this track is harder !!!!!!!!!

I use mud, they look good in brown.

I want to take the front light off my 2008 beta rev 3 270cc. Do I need to do anything with the wires apart from unpluging them? If i do does anybody have a quick how to guide for me please? Cheers.

I rode the trial and even though i probably got a pretty high score i thought it was an excellent trial and didnt think it was too hard.

I bring someone with me nearly every time I ride to observe and have helped set out a few trials. Its been quite a long time since I have seen you at a trial so I dont really see how you can comment on what i do or do not do accuratly, anyway I quite like the fact I havent seen you for ages because you are a bellend.

I would agreed 100% with that, its stupid how at some trials the hardest section of the day (and probably the section can make or break a riders result) has an observer who doesnt know what they are doing.

I rode the new sherco 2.5i in the tough one little brother last week. Its a nice bike to ride with plenty of power for a 250 and its soooo small. It would be a good bike for trials rider to get as yamaha's and ktm seem pretty big compared to this so a bit easier to use your trials techniques on.
