  3. Inverness & District Motor Cycle Club are running their annual Highland Classic 2 Day Trial at Alvie Estate near Aviemore. The event is taking place on June 14/15th within the stunning Cairngorm National Park. Camping, Holiday Cottages/Caravans, Hotels and Bed & Breakfast are all situated close by. If you missed the Pre 65 Scottish in Kinlochleven or can't get to Robregordo, this is the place to be in mid June. Regs and Entry forms are available to download from HERE If you need any more info email, pm or post in here. Dave.
  4. And another.................IDMCC are holding a Club Trial next weekend (which is part of our Club Championship) approx, 250 miles away from your event. I can guarantee that if we didn't run it, no-one would travel the 200+ miles each way for a National. A few die hard triallers come down to your Scottish Champ events but the bulk of our membership are quite happy to pootle about locally. I'm afraid it is a sign of the times, even if we don't have anything on, only a very few will travel, and that would be to an Adult or Support Championship event. We as a Club try to satisfy our membership with what they want, but one thing we don't do, is have a Club Trial if a neighbouring Club is running a National. Observers..............well that's another saga.............our Club riders must supply an observer at our nationals or they don't get a ride! Sign of the times again.......too many other things to do on a Sunday, wives/girlfriends go shopping, mates find something better than standing on a wet and windy hill. Solutions on a postcard to the SACU office
  5. Simple solution...................emigrate across the border............... mmmmm? up to
  6. Pity you're not up on the 3rd as we've got a trial in Elgin that day! Otherwise Cannich fits in with your date (24th). Bit of a way from Fochabers, 60 miles each way roughly. PM me if you're interested and I'll give you more details. D.
  7. 1975 Yamaha pioneered the very first single-shock, production motocross bikes. This was the beginning of the YZ Monocross machines that changed motocross forever.
  8. Yes, been using these for a while now. Good quality and prices. Nichola and Victoria provide a first class service at Top Trophies and are highly recommended. D
  9. This is the link Bike looks OK........good price.
  10. Ermm........yes John, you've got them the wrong way round RTFB So it's TSR22B - No Stop......................which everyone seems to be going for. We've used TSR22B for a few years now in Scotland and saves a lot of confusion. D
  11. It's a one. He's damned lucky having size 11 feet to hold onto the rock and ease forward, otherwise he would have slid back and got a five!!!
  12. Regs and Entry Forms available from a link in the calendar not the front page. D
  13. They will be posted out to previous entrants within the next couple of days and available on the web around the same time. D
  14. Highland Classic 2 Day 14th-15th June 2008. Alvie near Aviemore. Run by Inverness & District MCC PM me for more details.
  15. Hi gj, welcome aboard. As suggested you may wish to join both Inverness and Bon Accord. I would steer away from riding unlicensed trials as you would have no insurance cover if something goes wrong. IDMCC runs trials approx. every 3 weeks or so throughout the year but mainly to the South and West of Inverness with a couple in Elgin. Email or PM for more info if required or click the link in my sig. D.
  16. I'm being cheeky! Attached. D Tomchrasky_Results.doc
  17. I understood what you meant OTF D.
