The only person I know thas a trials uni may be Pat Smage. No idea where he get stuff for it, but a search around for trials bike specilists may well turn up something. There is a bike thread in the forums that may name a few shops in the UK as well.

Broken or stripped gears seem extremly rare on the Sherco so there are no reported patterns here. One recent situation broke 3'rd after a sudden stoppage due to throwing a chain. Other that that, a close inspection would be neccessary. Could be just a bent fork due to a crash if all else works. Yes, if you must do it, do it all. Be done with it. Yea, seems some of the Beta's would create a win.old file that you could use to reinstall some critical files and go back. Not there on mine!!!!!! Screw me! I have not had a chance to mess further, and as it still does work has not been a major issue. The Linux boot option may be credible if I can just get the restore files that are on the D drive partition to kick off and do it's thing, which is a format and clean install! Cheers, MC
