Now you see what I'm talkin 'bout! That's funny, don't care who ya are, that's funny!
  2. He is not lane, so it must be Steve! Did you get your?
  3. We had some snowbirds show up! Ben and Bear drove 15hrs each way! Great job Dave, on the series and awards! The winners get special jackets and fleeces sent to them for the series, in addition to the event awards! Another great year!
  4. mmm, Jason will remember hitting the bashplate!
  5. I found one of these at the hotel, brings back bad memories!
  6. I got a few pics for the photo section, ck it out!
  7. Any of you lot of banged up geezers considered propre knee braces? I do not ride without them!
  8. Maybe we can get "successfull" stinky helmets! I will have to call Spain again! Hey, maybe you can buy the stinky tighties off one said former world champion spanish girl, Zipper! Would not bother you if it had a Repsol/ Montesa logo would it?
  9. Simply running sections "backwards" definitely "cheapens" an event unless much forethought is given to changing the same basic area. On the main topic, running east, central and, west series, with a DECIDER somewhere in the middle does make sense! Lots of possibilities there!
  10. Now tell us the truth, did someone you know call this in?
  11. There are lots of info on here including the RYP and Sherco sites as far as good preventive maintenance. Much depends upon your operating environment, weather muddy or dry? Lube it ALL initially! Not unlike a gasser or any other, you get what you give! As you should ALWAYS inspect the airbox for water after a wash, it is just easier to take off four screws, pull the mudguard and tank and filter. Plug the filter/ air inlet and exhaust and fuel line and wash away! A blow dry helps, using air! Spray the chain, spoke nipples, peg pivots, rear brake pivots, kickstand, and header pipe and other parts with WD-40 to keep them looking good and working well and prevent corrosion!
  12. How to ride! been trying for years ,dont suppose a sherco will cure anything! Good for the ego, though!
  13. Yea and I will be happy to make the arrangements just as soon as we have proper Ceriani stickers on new Shercos, big snot!
  14. I have found that it helps to extract the head form the rectal orface Before entering the section because once you are IN you get stuck! One of the best things about FIM/ NATC stop and hop rules is that you CAN stop, breathe, regain composure EVEN if you cannot hop OR balance! Section strategy is key! I have seen many rush through a section, only to recieve a 2,3,or 5 when a well placed dab and positioning of the bike would have sufficed and let the rider re-orient himself. Splitting the section into SECTIONS, can be a big help! Then you have to stop, slow down regain between them! Now, if I could just balance, hop and stop scareing myself into submission prior to even entering the section!
  15. Spelling error was my first clue. That was the point everybody seems to have been missing. Lane was not banned from Trials Central. Only his MichLin user name was locked. He was free to create a new account, at any time. Say a new account, with a name like "TheIceMan" or "MalibuDon"! Hey Darrell, he even has Martin Belair in his friends list! Bet there is a Lick Fest and lots of spit being exchanged there! Probably maintaining about 30in/hg vacume on Martins butt!
  16. OMG! Does he have a Yahoo or a Hotmail address?
  17. A buddy sent me some good ones, faves here!
  18. Only that if you happen to have one on hand it makes quick work by running it through thr bearing(reversed) as a ream for sizing after installation. Otherwise you may have to spend a few minutes with the sandpaper! PM me when you get the stuff! Honestly, it seems as though in over 30 years of working on things on a daily basis, I have never needed a metric sized twist drill bit, as fractional and numbers, and letters have always sufficed, withthe exception of metric helicoils, which come with a special bit in the kit! Them BLUE bars are waiting!
