Wasn't there just a couple AHRMA events in your area recently? Do did you make it to them?
Just remember, when you think you are old that there are motocross guys vying for a 80+ class to get away from the 70+ whippersnappers... so it's all relative.

I was taking inspiration from a Home Guard pin I found a picture of.
-
First, thanks. Glad I could help out.
Second, as much as the Jack Daniels would be ok would you mind instead purchasing a Trials Central Supporter membership for me? I'd rather support this place then my whiskey habit. Besides I'm a bigger single malt fan than of the "local fare".
Third, I tried to split the bottom banner into two lines but it will look bad. Please take a look at the one line option and if you insist on two lines I can do my best.
Once I have a final approval I will send the file.

Yeah, as soon as some lazy bum gets around to it... oh, wait, that's me.
-
-
Don't they already over all the racing on the grounds?
-
Those conditions looked pretty brutal. Rain + Mud. Although some of the Pros were unaffected.
-
I have stainless on all of my Bultacos. Don't know if that was stock, but they sure do look nicer than rusty spokes.
-
You should come over to the COTA forum more often. We miss you.
I don't know how much practice there will be on Sat, but it might be fun to get out and ride the bikes.
I don't think I'll have a rear brake for the M92, hope that doesn't turn out to be a problem...
-
Not coming to the practice on Saturday at Sweetens?
-
Maybe yours isn't but that's not to say someone else's is.
-
Are you going to be out both days?
-
Is it a 172 or 173? I always thought they were 173cc.
-
-
Ok, next round of questions:
I assume it's a trials club?
I assume it's modern trials?
The 55 stands for what?
-
I'm not sure what it's like in your neck o' the woods, but I'm rather inclined to avoid anything called "fairy liquid".
-
Is there a current club logo that needs to be incorporated?
-
I'll be there on the 15th. I'll take a plenty of pictures.
I'm hoping to bring my M92 out too. If I can get the rear brake sorted by then.
-
Yes, stick the shocks upside down.
The clutch pushrod does exert some force there, which is why that boss is where it's at. That being said, you may be able to get away without it. Not ideal, obviously.
Since the bike is in that state of disassembly, I'd go ahead and split the cases, get it welded up and machined. (If you can fix it without splitting the cases, all the better) While that's getting done you can put the rest of the bike back together.
I think that's one of the first chromoly framed Bultacos. Nice.
-
The point of no-stop is forward motion. If you start paddling to get out of a section and still can't make it, that's a 5. Of course it's easier to paddle when you have a bike with a... seat.
Pick your favorite section you've ever seen someone do. Now imagine them have to do it while maintaining forward motion. It just went from incredible to super-human.
-
My cousin is about that size, and he's on a TY175, so a Bultaco will be just fine.
I mean, the 350 is no slouch.
I don't think you've mentioned where in the world you are.
-
I think steve's soon-to-be-bike (er, project) may be a later model than the M92. I'm sure when he gets the dreaded parts he'll give us a report on the actual model number.
-
I was, of course, being facetious. This is one of the more controversial topics in all of trials (aside from what color to paint your Xispa...)
Who said that you modify the sections so that anyone can do them? I'm surprised that you doubt that the trial masters couldn't set up a challenging enough no-stop course.
The main man? Did The Pope weigh in on this one?
-
-
Without a doubt, no stop is far more challenging. You can go ahead and close this topic for discussion. Thank you.
