Why have you had a go on her bike? Sorry I don't understand???
I Like the way Tony Bou's and his bike perform, but by getting his ignition mapping will not make me ride like him
-
I think I could manage the rocks at the bottom!
Is this one of the new sections in the SSDT that Mark has planned?
Great photo Andy
-
Grimbo seems to have done a good job today on it good result for the 4T.
Six Days may be a bit more of a test for it, but it seems to have got the measure of the Scottish rocks.....................
-
Was speaking to Graham over the Easter weekend he had a trials school at Bill Wilks place, and had a practise afterwards.
Definately taking the 4T round Scotland, during that conversation...........
might change after this weekend or it might confirm it will be the right tool for the job.
-
Yep thats the way did it on most of my bikes apart from I used a car type valve stem and pulled it through, no need to seal with silicone as it is made of rubber. Take the valve out, put the dust cap on, job done.......if it gets water in just undo the dust cap
Mont already got a drain built in
-
No chance, I'll be the quiet one in the shadowsDark
Edited it for you, fit you lights it might be long days for you
-
Thanks mate, did you show that brother of mine how to ride yesterday? Not long now before we are heading North?
-
heard nothing yet - wish they'd get their finger out and post them though - i'm sure the've nothing better to do.
ps Sundays route is not going to be quite that simple Gizza - i hear it will involve some compulsory formation riding.
Is that everyone Mark or just the WOFTAM's
Dunno but I sure hope Gizza isn't the one sat on top.
mind you it could be a lot worse........I could be at the top (say it myself before any of you shower get the chance)
It could be even worse Kinell could be one at the bottom ''Follow me lads I know the way'' The Timber lorries would Sh*t themselves when they see that formation coming towards them on the 'Road to the Isles'
**Note to Brian** Can you do something really outrageous this year the ''Lost Bit'' is a bit tame now
-
Sundays route.....
Out of Park Ferme Turn Left, along dual carrigeway to roundabout Turn Right. Take the next right follow to cobbled street on left, follow to the top turn right along precinct, join main road at the next roundabout turn right into Park Ferme
Hope this helps

Think you will get a lot of replies from guys with both bikes saying which is better and slating the other.
Try them both, all bikes are better than the rider
-
I thought that when I looked at it, don't know what the rules say at WTC level, somone will?........ but yes it is taking the p**s a little.
But hey ho we have all extended the boundries and asked the observor how far we allowed to go out in a section, trip round the car park at the next trial before re-entering the section
Maybe at tape would have been better between the two markers or did they do that for the second lap?
-
Post it most years so have a look...............
Ben Nevis Web Cam
Looks good today, wonder if we will be so lucky in May
Slapshot3 is organising that..................Thanks Donald
-
Typical weather forecast could be starting out sunny, clouding over, with a chance of rain and possible sleat and snow on higher ground. Think you will have covered your back then
-
You can't get the weather right a few days before the event, but here you are several weeks before with a long shot 60/40.....................
-
Donald
About as good as you at predicting the Weather
You could redeem yourself though and organise a bit of sunshine for the SSDT
-
So with those two gone I presume the TRW truck for Park Ferme has gone also
Is it a case of bring our own Tents and Sarnies now
-
Maximum 20 minutes for a 'Snack-Attack'.................wonder how many burgers we can shove down our necks now?
Think I will be taking the 10 minutes and getting down the road, especially if it is raining....................or snowing
Kinell rule 3.1 as you say hope somone else does something stupid so the Pi**taking goes to somone else
Hey Mark, if you make Lagnaha too hard and timing too tight on Monday, you could have loads of Observers come Tuesday morning
Hey I am only joking....................................
-
That made interesting reading, wonder if ''Russell the Muppet'' has read this and is prepared to reply.
Seems he is inteligent enough with the Queens English, but chooses not to obey the rules.
Come on Russell be brave and post your first ever post, it's been a year. Do you think it is still Ok to take your moped round the course?
We will be gentle with our replies
-
Andy don't sit on the fence like our Lilly Livered Prime Minister who won't go and get our boys and girl out of Iran
Name, shame take photo's and post them, I will take a good look at the photo's from last year and see if the same ''Muppets'' do the same this year
-
He is busy building an extension on his house as his garage is full
Told his missus that she was getting a kitchen extension, well it might have a sink in it to wash his hands...................................
-
Yes several around Fort William, Glen Nevis has been mentioned, but tends to get a bit full as not only do the SSDT crowd go there it is popular for the walkers and climbers.
We stay out at Lihne Caravan Park have done for the last 15+ years, it is just the other side of Corpach on the Road to the Isles, plenty of riders stay here and all of the Static Vans and log cabins are full
Plenty of room though for a motor home and very clean and tidy facilities, hope this helps
-
And your hand luggage is your comfy seat, or did you leave that here last year?
-
Advise......................Yes if you didn't dab so much your ankles wouldn't be sore
Maybe look at an ankle support from a Pharmasist, I know Boots (no Pun intended) do them as I got a support bandage thingy for my cronic Tennis Elbow, it may work and you can keep your old boots then, or is this a ploy to get some new boots from ''The Missus''.................
