  2. wonder what price an 08 frame is???? hmmmmmmmmm, wish you could just buy the individual panels from beta you know, or can you? although they do a pretty good job, i could have it polished, weld it myself and make neater job than what you get from factory then have it hard clear anodised...............hmm bling bling

  12. dont think it will run to anre than about
  13. where are you located mate, if your not too far pop it round and ill do it for you
  14. hold on hold on before you plug it into the mains and set your house on fire, reason for the continuity when button is depressed is that it earths signal from pickup.exciter coil to frame, rather than coil, let me have a look at the diagram a , ok, blue and black wire from stator, attach multimeter across these two set on 20v DC, make sure plug is out (easier to kick)then get someone to give big boot, watch display and you should get voltage, if not then something is up with exciter/pickup, if voltage there, re attach wires to advance box then keeping meter set the same, ground one probe, then place other to red, and kick, ther again should be voltae, other way to do it is by measuring resistance and comparing with what is on diagram, but this only really works with quality multimeters
  15. ohhhhh dear, by test killswitch i meant test it lol, not see if its stick down!!! multimeter on continuity test, wire on each probe, button in operating position, no continuity, button depressed.... continuity
  16. is the killswitch working? make sure the frame is bear metal where the earths go to

  23. errrrrrrrm, dont quote me but im 99% sure that SXS makes the TTT graphics lol. The repsol ones look the doggy's danglies, it dont matter what oil you use, Im thinking of 'Repsoling; mine up, but i still wouldnt put repsol OR putoline for that matter in my lawnmower, never mind my beloved bike its all personal preference, trail and error, what works for you and doesnt, past experiences and trust at the end of the day
  24. sorry mate. i thought you were in birmingham, over here, ie brummiesville lol. in that case yes, use your resourcefulness, but, again, thses online dealers you might need one day, just tell them that you can get the same part for X dollars elsewhere, and you would like to spend the money with them, but obviously they are going to need to do something on price. As for UK readers........use your local dealer .. or feel ashamed
