I have done the mods you talk about many times with great results, maybe you went to far with the floats or you have the air screw out of adjustment ? Did you install the larger drain bolt like on the beta factory site ? This makes no differance as to the way it runs just lets the carb hold a little more fuel. Add where you are from that would help also.

They may need trimmed a bit, if they are the full lenght and that is what you want don't cut them, mount it on the fork leg apply a little heat from a heat gun and gently pull it out a little. Be careful it only takes a little heat and a little move ment. I've done this several times.

Call beta usa they can answer your question, unless you want to wait for a reply on the internet. Or you may be able to download the manual from the factory beta wed site , look under down loads.

Wayne I got to ride Cody's bike which is a little differant than yours it is one of those paux things it ran very well. Get one of the michelin suits your going to need it.

Trying to answer this is like throwing a dart at a dart board with out hearing it run. Did you check the crank itself to see if it was still true ? If not, you can take the spark plug out and ground it then pull the ignition cover off and rotate the flywheel, if it is way out you can see it or Clamp a piece of steel to the bash plate and use a magnetic base with a dial indicator to check run out.

I was out today checking out the pro sections today and can say the boys have done a great job on the sections !!! The pros will be challenged, maybe even need there wheaties. Can't wait to watch.

Welcome to the 4-stroke world Peter. First leaking is not normal, second this is a four stroke right ? The case and pump is differant then the 2-stroke, the pump is in the head on the 4-stroke. Yes, I have had an 07 and have an 08 now. I'm trying to get a picture of what is going on, if you are having oil weeping around the head/cylinder area there is a fix for that. You say case area, where exactly bottom of cylinder ? center case ? clutch side case ? Coolant and oil mixing together or each leaking differant areas. Peter you can PM me if you would like.
