  1. Making us proud. Here's our Young American's.
  2. I snapped a few helmets today. Let's play; How well do you know your riders? Name the rider?
  3. The American's have arrived in Luxembourg.
  4. By the time I leave Ettelbruck they'll have a statue of me next to General Patton. LOL. And yes, I went through the hoops and rings Mr. Miller has set into place for 2008.
  5. With the snow coming down like it was December, I'm looking forward to the start of the WTC series. Then I looked at the weather in Luxembourg for the next 7 day's - and I'm wondering. Does it ever NOT rain there? Are we going to need a row-boat to get around?
  6. You know you've hit the big time when they translate your words in sub-titles. I've always wondered if the word-smith translators purposely translate funny sayings that the person isn't even saying, like: "porto le mutandine di seta per rendere me la presa migliore nel fango!"
  7. That's what I love to hear. By the way, Phillip was up in Minneapolis this past weekend for the FIM Supercross. He raced in the Mini-Moto (pit-bikes) class they hold at the event and won handily. Shan Moore was covering the event for Cycle News and said Phillip was quite impressive. Say, how'd Noel do?
  8. Gas is a killer to motor sports. But, if you love competition, you'll suck it up. Noel and I are going to be plastered with high gas costs this year traveling the EnduroCross, World and National trials circuit. Hensley, as for the growth? These older guys buying recreational trials bikes are part of the answer. And you're doing your part by getting your kid to the events. Homer's a up and comer. The key is getting younger riders to work up the ranks. We need these newbies to get their kids involved in the sport. That's how this sport will continue to grow. And yes, I believe trials is growing. We're heading in the right direction - even in this bazaar downturn for the economy right now.
  9. This is a excellent spot. Yet, with the average motor sport fan, they love to see carnage. I could picture the spot that showed a rider tumbling down a hill or falling off a cliff. Add the slow-mo and re-play. Now that would have a more powerful effect and draw out the gawkers. All you needed to do is get Copey all liquored up and and turn him loose on a bike with a stuck throttle.
  10. How many are buying or bought a new bike this year? And where are/did you buy it? For the record, I bought new in 2007 from my authorized area dealer and paid over importer price. (Ouch) When I can't service my bike myself, my authorized dealer services my bike even a PRO rider would be happy to practice or compete on. (and sometimes does.) My authorized dealer just sold my 2007 and now I'm in the market for a new one. I'll be buying from a authorized dealer.
  11. Full report on the Spanish National, with photos.
  12. Now we're talking. Noel and I are coming together. Still not decided on coming on the Wed, 26 or thurs 27? Pat will be with the Sherco team. Look out world, America is invading.
  13. No hay ensayos de la maravilla en este pa
  14. Okay, here's the question of the week. You're flying across the pond with the first destination being Ettelbruck, Luxembourg. From there you'll be heading to Bangor, Northern Ireland. After spending a few days there, you'll jaunt back to the states. How would you do it?
  15. Yes, Nigel, Pat will be contesting the '08 season aboard Sherco. And, I do worry we've thrown him to the wolves. Too many 'out of the top 10' placements may damage his confidence? I've heard way too many horror stories about our riders going to Spain and mentally losing it. We'll see how he bounces back from this. I know you'll (Pat) be reading this - So all I can say is, Pat, you got schooled yesterday. There will be days like that. Keep your head in the game. Also, can any confirm the winner of TR2 class was a [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miguel_
  16. That's 0 for 2 against Laia. 11th place for Pat in Spain today. I'd figured by age and cc size, he would've been in the junior class. Not Zona 2. Results.
  17. Now if I could find the Spanish National results.
  18. If he's getting quite good, you may want to drop him down to a 125.
  19. Some strange looking bridge down a waterfall, huh? Plus, those Italians are a wacky bunch, laughing at Jarvis. Then he stands there waiting for them to pull his bike out. That's quite a crash.
  20. I got a photo of you trying to break your leg yesterday. Ha-ha.
  21. You guys got it all wrong. See, Raga has a contract with Octagon to sing to the crowd after each victory.
  22. I guess you've missed something. Besides the national coverage, I've been posting upcoming events and results locally for WOTA and sometimes NITRO since TC started. It's a thanksless job - but anyone can do it. You just have to do it.
