  1. why is a sherco old engine in an old frame with no linkage "underated" when it costs much the same as everything else?
  2. Atom, not unsurprisingly you are misinformed and wrong, not for the first time! The clubs issue a code which is for each individual who joins the club to enable that person to use the online system, it is unique and can be used only once, ie the club has as many codes as members that want to join the acu, clear enough?
  3. clubs will not miss out if the system reqires a code, it should, but didnt when I tried
  4. it worked last year and code was required, this year not but I haven't got the licence yet...............
  5. and apparently no code required?????????? lets see if the registration/licece turns up?
  6. every code should be unique and used only once..............going to try now.

    plenty spend £6k.............
  9. ...but thats just it they are great bikes considering they have started from "scratch" just a couple of years ago, and maybe you havn't seen the state of the art facilities but thats no back room at jtg and ossa. Just the figures that dont work and it just surprises me how they keep up with paying workers, which is full circle back to the 80's?
  10. Not so much how I feel more a reality check? Maybe there is a golden goose in Spain but the maths for most factories dont add up, especially so Jtg and ossa.
  11. If the demand is as great as you say surely a short burst of production to get more money in would be the answer, economies of scale make 200 is cheaper than 2 x 100, surely? There has never been a "superb" trials bike in the second year of production. To win the JWTC (thought pol was set for top route) has got to cost alot less than 100k. If he was to get some good results in the wtc then it would make people believe in a new product, they havnt, we dont?
  12. From practical experience it isnt easy but the mistakes are usually in benefit of the rider, if more than 2 or 3 are in the section they mostly end up with 5's for stopping. if they are recoded but not scored i believe they are given an average
  13. My formula are fine on my 2012 and wish that they were continued. I bleed through about once a month and this has kept them going all year. Would be very good if it werent for this...............
  14. Perce will be along soon with the correct version but you have one observer and one number taker, basically one is a crosscheck on the other, so if for example someone misses a section their number and a numbered score would both be missing. I observed an early section a few years back and it gets quite "hectic" at times!
  15. Have you tried the frontera plates?
  16. Take it back to bvm they will get you a new gearbox.
  17. was there any 2012 scorpas?
  18. not too sure if you are agreeing or not?
  19. That would be news the new Scorpa first available in Hungary?
  20. i hope you told ignacio it was all his familys fault. they couldnt shed jobs when they needed to whether they hired too many or not. This is not a reason why JTG dont hire more, they dont hire because they dont sell enough.
  21. Not at all and shows your lack of insight into the real reasons why the factory got into trouble, remember they were world champions 3 years running till 79? unemployment in the 80's in Spain was not disimilar to current levels of 20 odd percent and this was due in the main to the stringent labour laws more than any mismanagement of Bultaco, and there inability to downsize.Strikes were due in the main to lack of cash flow caused by too high costs and the inability to make workers redundant.
  22. Bultaco proved what exactly?
