visited back cowm today after not riding for aaaaaaaaaages cos i broke my arm. was good they changed it around a bit now so there were some nice new things to give a go.....but the motorcross track is well fun! its mint blitzing past the motorcrossers, although they do get rather wound up as me and my mate found out , but its definatly worth a visit, and there's hardly no crossers or owt racing up and down the straights..im also going to have a look up at addingam as iv been told you can still ride there:D

Hello All... After a 10 year break I've decided to get back onto 2 wheels..... Bikes seem to have progressed a fair amount over the decade (there's a suprise then!!)...so I could do with a little advice prior to investing in a bike again.... At the moment - it's looking like a 2004 Rev or 315R.......Beta for the reliability and nostalgia (many a happy Sunday spent on my old Stripey), Mont just because and running a 5 speed for the first time seems to hold appeal.... Question really is how were the later 315's?...(I'm guessing the later production runs should have been fairly ironed out?)....... 2004 Rev's seem to good reviews Don't really fancy a gg or Sherco... Al…

Hi all, Relatively clear skies and a hot'ish (for Scotland) 17deg. Sunday was definitely going to be a great weather day for some trials practise. My mates and I hit the hill and immediately got stuck into our warm-up section. 30minutes in and my Mont's mudguard was flapping like a good 'un, the single bolt at the front of the seat had gone! So it was arrrgghh!!!, as I noticed my nice new tools bag had all the right tools, even brake fluid and a puncture repair kit for goodness sake.....but any spare nuts and bolts - NOT A ONE! After walking around eyes glued to the ground for 15 minutes - Nothing! So, stuck the keys to the van down my boot and rode the 10 minutes to …

The Clubs not been running long and the Venue was new but a great trial! Parking proved to be a problem as a lot of riders turned out but the event was well run and had the novelty of taped sections(a la "World and National" trials), this is a great idea and hopefully they can keep it up. The sections were in a wood with a small dry valley. This is a quick run thru of the "club" sections. Section 1 was a twist in and out of a small gulley with some small "bombholes" and humps to make it interesting before finishing by riding along the gulley and then up and out thru the exit gates. Two was a ride down in to a small valley then back up the bank across the top avoiding a …
