I will be going to England this xmas and was wondering if there will be any boxing day trials in the Bolton/Manchester area? If so, where? I would love to see a trial in england, as of yet, i haven't seen one. Best regards. Pete

Evening folks hope you are all well, my lad has managed to get an entry into this years Scott trial and I’m hoping to get some advice on what will help him finish. I’m told a Dunlop rear tyre is a must as they don’t fall off the rim easily, plus I’ll need a few extra fuel cans, if you can think of anything else which will help it’ll be much appreciated. I’m looking to source him a TRS as it what he usually rides. Many thanks. Pete.

Just done my first ever observed trial. The TY Mono ran perfectly - not quite as perfect for the rider. Cleaned a few 5'd a few, fell off a few times but definately got more confident as the day progressed. Anyone in the Lincs area interested in having a go - The East Lincs trials club is very relaxed and novice friendly. Contact Pete at Wildmans Motorcycles in Spilsby for more details. Only took me 43 years to give it a go and cant wait for the next one. Thanks to Pete for making it a novice friendly event.

Does any one know where I can obtain an upto date noddy guide style copy of the rules? Something with pictures so that a person new to the sport could use is to allow them to be fully aware of the system when observing.

Hi Guys, Does anyone happen to have a copy of Junior kickstart from 1981. Over the past 15 years i've managed to build up a collection of all the adult and junior editions but 81 is proving impossible. I've tried several people who rode that year but not joy either, if anyone could help or point me in the direction of someone who could it would be greatly appreciated. Martin Arden and Rob Sartin were the winners if that helps. Cheers
