Sadly customer services is not once it used to be and from my own recent experience have been let down badly by a reputable dealer in the NE of England. To say that I have been let down is actually an understatement, shafted is more apt by one andy ***** of border ***** who has been sending me a TRP shock for a 07 GG Pro in exchange for a Montesa 2STB for some 12 weeks now. Can anyone tell me if these shocks are so hard to come by or is he just taking the p***. Anyway, a hard leason learned, dont trust anyone on a deal unless its in writing, good faith has gone out of the window. A rather p****d off trials enthusiast.

Amongst other goodies at the Scott Trial Charity Auction to be held this Saturday evening, 18th October at Richmond Cricket Club, prior to the Presentation of Awards, we are very lucky to have one of the limited edition "Observed" photo books by Eric Kitchen. Following the huge success of the "Observed" photo exhibition by Eric Kitchen in Fort William during the 2008 SSDT week, the book followed, covering SSDT photos by Eric from 1970 right through to the present day. Limited to just 50 copies, the 100 page hard cover book contains a personally chosen collection of images from Eric Kitchen's private collection, many of which had not been previously seen by the public…

Hi, can somebody please point me in the right direction. I am about to apply for an acu license, and need to know if I need a club to sign the forms, although I haven't joined one yet. The other thing is, does the license run for 12 months from date of purchase, or do they have a regular start/ finish date, say Jan to Jan. Do I really need one to attend practice areas. I have seen the old threads on the subject and I am still a little confused about who needs paying and for what.... The way I see it is. I download the acu registration form and send it back to them with a cheque for

I think that if you look at the comments after the wallace re marking then someone needs to grasp the nettle and say what is and is not a 5 clearly, explain and if necessary during practice demonstrate this to the riders observers and officials, otherwise inconsistences event to event, observer to observer, will create a situation which far from helping the BTC will ruin it before no stop is given a chance to work or not.

This Sunday is Colmore Cup day. Not a round of the Clubmans Championship this year but we have still attracted nearly 100 riders. Start is at Lemington Lakes Fishery on the outskirts of Moreton-in-Marsh. Cooked breakfast is cheap and highly recommended! Snow might still be on the weather forecast, but Wrighty says he will fix it to be dry and sunny if you all spend enough money with him! First man away at 9:30 (I think) for the 25 mile tour of the classic Cotswold sections. I will post results when I can get to a computer, which will probably be Monday morning, but feel free to post before that. 1 Scott Inman 280 Aqueous Solutions Gas Gas Brotherton 2 Wayne Holdsw…

In the recent world mountain bike round at Fort William, well known female trials rider Maria Conway came 12th, beating many seasoned proffesionals from around the world, having previously done 4 or 5 downhill races (not world championship races, i hasten to add). I guess flying across the moors at the SSDT really does sharpen the reflexes. The men's winner averaged 38MPH, (yes 38MPH, on a mountain bike!!)

I've had contact from the Harley Owners Group looking for a Trials Club to do some displays at their South of England Rally in August. The rally is organised by Harley Chapters from Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Thames Valley and Oxford. Website for more info is http://sofer.uk.com/ Any clubs fancy it, PM me or use TC contact form and I'll put you in touch with the organisers.
