Well perce says that Marky would have been on here if he had his new bike so what's the latest on the 4rt arrivals, another week/fortnight??? James Lampkin was supposed to be on one in the lakes, he's not sure if it will be here for the Scott. the plot thickens.

Following This Thread on trials clubs getting observers, it begs the question, What is a Trials Club?? I ask the question as I dont see it currently as a club due to the way the centres work!!! My club is in the Midlands Centre so if I ride in the Mid Wales Centre I have to join one of their clubs to ride in that centre.. and so forth around the country. I believe getting people interested in one specific club is somewhat hindered because of this. I would like to see someone be able to join 'ONE' club and ride anywhere in the country under that clubs name, the purpose being to get brand loyalty. This would make people want to get more involved if they felt part of…

Now that trials seem to be moving back towards non stop perhaps it is time to reviw the 125cc restriction. Many lads are adult size by the time thy are 14 and could hapily ride a 250, they are after all permitted to ride motocrossers with much more power, height ad weight than a 250 cc trials bike. 125s do not suit no stop riding and tend to be more expensive and more worn than 250s. Anyone any thoughts? Cheers

Sorry to bring this up again..... But my insurance renewal has just come through and the insurer is now explicitly excluding use in motor cycle trials, not a lot of good for me as that's all I use it for - of course the fire and theft cover is useful to. Any friendly Insurers left that understand that a bike being used in a road trial is slightly less risk than Joe Blogg's Sunday ride to the Cafe on his Blade ? Your help will be most appreciated

Hi, Seasons Greetings one and all, I've heard that there's an area where you can ride legally in Tong, near Bradford, for a small fee. It's somewhere near the garden center - just wondered if anyone has a contact phone number/details/directions for this venue. :madsanta:

This may be a grey area but if you ride an electric mountain bike in the wilds of Scotland, what is stopping you riding an electric trials bike...in the wilds of Scotland ?

Hi all Just had my renewal through from Carole Nash and it has gone up I know that there are a few companies offering insurance for trials bikes but not sure who. Could you please advise who does insurance (other than Carole Nash) for road registered bikes?? Thanks

First for a lot of things, first trial, first time riding a bike off road. Cant find much info on the event other than its the jack frost trial but does anyone know if its suitable for a newbie? cheers everyone. time to get my new boots dirty.

minor whinge here but one that spoils all that's good with trials. Rode the jack wood Sunday -cracking Yorkshire trial -sections spot on and really well organised. 2 fuel stops - all arranged which is most appreciated these days. Put my 2 fuel cans in with a drink taped to each can for the organiser to carry to the designated spot. Top job I thought However got to fuel stop one -fuel there - no drink - half empty bottle in the bottom of the pile - thinks its my brand and same colour tape so had the remnants and carried on Surprise surprise same issue at the second stop I'm not sure what disappoints me the most - the fact we cant trust fel…
