Probably one of the best I can rember for a while and I'm well chuffed with the result.

By the looks of it, Stoner is making this look easy, but watching the interviews it is just as much as a battle for setup and tyre choice as any other team. So for getting it right more times than the others and off pole, good on him. Also the best part is no one had previous track data for the change of track direction, which shows the win was even sweeter to skill with team input and not ass or familiarity from previous experience. To see another Aussie on the podium with him (Chris Vermullen) is great to see from my countries point of view, as 3 Aussie riders were in the top 10. Good form coming through. Yes, I know this is a trials site, but it has a MotoGP section so I may as well use it to have a bit of a moan. This morning I received an email from PayPal stating that Dorna (the organisation that runs MotoGP) have grabbed about £125 from my account. This is the cost of viewing the 2020 GPs. Unfortunately I was unaware that this was an automatic payment triggered at the end of the final race of the 2019 calendar which happened yesterday at Valencia. My gripe is that this sum was grabbed without prior warning. Personally I would have preferred an email informing me that this sum was about to be deducted from my bank account and that it could be cancelled if I so wished. …

There has been much speculation this week over who will be the replacement for Ben Spies on the factory Yamaha team. I have my own thoughts of why he is leaving the team to begin with, however, should Dovi be given the chance he has been working towards with no less than 4 podiums this year? or, Is Yamaha trying to lure Valentino back as 9 time world champion to make a competetive bid along side Jorge Lorenzo for the World Championship?

With Valentino going back to Yamaha, and greeted with much respect from Jorge, What will the 2013 World Championship GP look like. Dani Pedrosa will be Top Dog on the Honda team with Stefan Bradl closely in tow. But, could either of these two Non championship GP riders hold off two previous World Champions? I say NOT! My money is on Yamaha for 2013.

Well the Dr did it again! But what about that ride from Casey Stoner!!!! I think Casey will soon be on the podium once he comes to grips the Motmonster. He was on rails for the first 11 laps and then seemed to lose the flow a bit and suddenly it looked like a 250 lapping in the top 5????? Still a bloody good effort just the same(can an Aussie say that here????) Is Rossi at top speed or has he got something more than his arm up his sleeve (as Barry Sheene used to say). Would anyone doubt that Marc Marquez would further his position in the MotoGP Champion ship? Many regards should be given to Bradl, Rossi, Bautista, Crutchlow, Dovi, Pedrosa, Lorenzo as well.

I wonder if HRC Honda would have eeked out a Championship this past year without the jump on Yamaha with that seamless transmission. I've noticed the 253mph Bugatti runs the same type of gearbox. Even VRossi has said it makes a difference. Who invented it first?

Now that Mercedes part own MV Augusta and Cagiva might these companies return to MotoGP, it would be great to have MV back.

Yamaha GP points leader Jorge Lorenzo appears to be in line for another Championship Title. Current Champion, Casey Stoner has not seemed to recover fully from that broken ankle accident, and perhaps he'd like to exit his active carreer entact to enjoy the rest of his life, no blame there. Honda's Dani Pedrosa, seems to be on a winning streak and is not likely to catch up to winning the top spot, being he is 28 points behind Jorge Lorenzo. My take on the last three races is: Lorenzo will be happy to accept 20 points for each of the last three races,(2nd place), rather than submit himself to risking danger for the 25 points given to first place. Can you see anything differ…

iv just watched the lastest moto gp event and boy o boy was it a race in the end my favourite rider dani pedrosa fell off on the last lap!!!and he could of won it but it was a a brilliant race!!!

I cannot for the life of me see how Marc Marquez could be off the podium at Brno and miss out beating the record of Giacomo Agostini, 11 straight wins. He was in the 1.55's on Saturday to take the Pole. Vale had a finger injury in a nasty crash, and still managed to stay ahead of him. Am I to believe this was just an off day for the World Champion?
