Very pleased with it so far.................and it matches mine What I would like to get hold of is a manual for this and maybe the exploded parts diagrams - maybe in pdf format. I have them for my bike, but the 125 is a little different in the engine department. Any help would be greatly appreciated Techno head

Hi, has anyone got a 1999 beta techno i need the dimensions of the graphics to get some made if you could help me that would be much appreciated. The graphics in question are pictured need the overall length and height please.

I am working on getting a 1999 Beta Techno running that doesn't have spark (I have a coil on order as it tested bad). I just got the bike and the lighting and other wiring has been disconnected. I tracked most of it down and have a few remaining questions. There are 3 wires from the engine (stator) that don't go to the CDI. They are as follows: Yellow - to Fan circuit (Matches schematic) Yellow - to ground (Matches schematic) Black - disconnected on my bike, It appears that it should go to the Voltage regulator for the fan circuit. Can someone chime in if I am correct? The additional 5 wires go to the CDI through a connector and all looks good there Brown White…

I found a manual in a pdf file for a 1999 Techno, would the info in it apply to the 1996 Techno? What I mean is, are there any major changes between the 1999 from 1996 model in regards to fluids and the like. Thanks, Richard

Hi all I've just purchased what I believed to be a 1999 250 Techno, but upon checking the frame number I now believe it is a 270. My question is, does anybody know of a way of confirming it is a 270? I've been told that you can measure the exhaust port, but I can't seem to find any data to compare my measurements against? Also, any links to a 270 parts manual would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hello I have just removed two of the clutch springs in my clutch, to try to give it a lighter pull. I am trying to refit the clutch inspection cover o-ring, which seals the case to keep the oil in. However, every time I try to put it in the recess, it just falls out. Is there a special way of doing this? Thanks in anticipation Tony

Hi guys New to the site and trials bikes, I have a 1999 techno rebuilt a engine for it, took old engine out the rebuilt one in swapped the electrics, now I have no spark. I have checked earth ok. How do test the stator coils

has any one got any idea why my beta rev 3 is destroying spark plugs all the time?? yesterday i rode it and it was fine... stoped and it wouldnt start again, changed the plug and away she went after the first kick, the broken plug looked black. Cheers Marc

hi guys what sort of 2 stroke r u running in your bike as i have run out and need to buy more whats best to use in my 09 evo , i got half a bottle from the guy i bought the bike from putoline strawberry cent . what r all u guys using in your bikes . i have been putting in 80mil to 5L petrol what r u guys running cheers

hi, just bought my first 2 stroke again in over 10 years 290 beta evo,whats the best fuel mix ratio? if i fill a 5 litre can how much 2 stroke oil do i put in? Regards Doug.

I just bought my first two stroke in a million years, and I'm not quite sure what ratio to mix my fuel. The bike is a '13 Evo 300 2T, and the manual recommends 1.5% if running synthetic premix, 4% if running mineral. I'm using a semi-synth because I have it around (it's motorex), so I'm not sure how to mix... maybe split the difference?

Hey folks, couple of questions about an evo 200. Does any size flywheel weight fit ? i.e. 250/300 Do I need a puller or does it just fit straight on ? Sure I had another question but can't remember now.

Well I did it. I've got rid of my 300 Raga and downsized to a Rev 3 200. What a difference. I am riding things (first time in three years) I never tried on the Raga. All I can say is control, control, control. It is a dream to ride. Yes a bit of fuel dribbles out etc but I am really chuffed I've gone for the 200. It is ace.

Has anyone ridden/owned both a 200 and 300 that can compare them. I have a 300 now. Obviously the 300 has more power, but all I'm really interested in are: - does the 200 really feel any lighter than the 300? It's only listed as 1 pound lighter, but I'm wondering if it feels different given the smaller jug - how does the 200 compare to the 300 on the bottom end? I don't need all the power the 300 has, but I love all the low rpm torque.

Hi all,Ihave a 2000 model 250 beta rev3. The bike starts and runs at low revs perfectly,at about half throttle it starts to missfire,and can't seem to clear itself. I have cleaned the carb which did not help,adjusted the air screw to lean the mixture and it seemed to help a little. I could be wrong,but the bike seems to be running very ritch,but have ho idea what has caused it. Could be a weak spark?? Hope someone can help,many thanks

Does anyone out there have issues with their Beta using too much fuel? At first I thought it could be something simple-like a dirty carb or float issues, but having thoroughly checked and cleaned it-it is still not quite right? Anyone with suggestions will be appreciated!

Hi all as you can see from the username I am a complete amateur to the motorcycle game let alone trials. I have just purchased a 2000 beta rev 3 250 and its a bit too quick haha thing is I'm only a short a#se and I struggle to reach the gear lever without having to leave the footpeg and need new mudguards and airbox cover can anyone help me pleeeasse much appreciated need ideas fast

hi i hope someone out there can help me i have a 2000 beta rev 3 with upside down forks and i'm replacing the fork seals and i'm trying to find out how much fork oil i need to put in each fork leg.
